The office staff answered all of my questions quickly. The drop off and pick up was on time and there were no issues at all. They were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use them again.

Knights transfer is a very dependable dumpster provider, our company has been using there service for approaching 10 years. We have used other services in the past, but we have not had the quality of product and service that Knights has give us. We have multiple job sites, some of which have multiple dumpsters. Change out service is usually with in twenty four hours or less. I highly recommend there services!

Never worked with a company that charges by when they can come and pick up their container versus when you want it picked up and then is rude about it, but I can guarantee I won't use Knight again.
reply to response - Picking up within 24 business hours of notification is great, it's the part where you keep charging the customer daily rental (including the weekend days) until you pick the container up that doesn't work for me.

Bill. We offer a rental period to all of our clients which includes 7 days of rental service and a daily usage fee that is standard in our industry. We typically pickup with in 24 hours of notification, unless it is a weekend and in that case we do not charge you. Our employees take pride in our professionalism in every situation and we take time to explain verbally and in a written contract form how these daily usage charges are established. There are always misunderstandings that can be worked out and we hope that we have done this for you. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this service question.

Very expensive not cheap better places to get a cheaper dumpster even billed my credit card for extra stuff after the pick up the dumpster don't use this company then they respond back saying I was charged for extra weight that's crap it was half full don't believe them

The dumpster rental is billed a flat rate upon rental. However, once the dumpster is removed and weighed there can be weight overage that we are not aware of until the dumpster reaches the weigh station. If that is the case, a customer is notified of the overage and charged for the extra weight. We are not able to bill for overage when the dumpster is rented since we would not know if there will be overage and often even our customers are not aware of how much debris they will be removing. It is explained clearly in written form so that the quote allows for extra weight or extra days if our clients end up needing more time or more debris removed than they intended. We have weight receipts and pictures of every load we remove from each property so that we can avoid any discrepancies when it comes to over-weight issues. Since the rental agreement we sent to you was never accepted, we did not get the opportunity to rent to you or charge you for service. The rental agreement sets up the account for the delivery and ensures that you know the terms and conditions of renting from us (similar to a rental car agreement). We cannot deliver the dumpster without the account being set up and we apologize if this was something we didn't communicate clearly on the phone. Even though you didn't rent from us, we hope that in the future you will give us a chance to show you the excellent service and fast delivery that our Knight team provides.
