Absolutely rubbish.
My order was dropped in some neighbouring building and I never found it despite asking around in the neighbourhood. They refused to give me a refund and had the audacity to suggest that knocking on strangers doors looking for my package was not a big deal.

Big mistake to order from them. Never again.

Bought a pair of wellies about 2 weeks ago. Wore them once. The inside lining came apart which made them painful to wear a second time. Contacted Dunlop who wanted photos and then said that they will not replace them but offered me 25% to buy a new pair. Appalling response and in breach of my consumer rights.

I had an issue with holes caused by air bubbles on the toe of the wellington boots. After a couple of emails and photos I was issued a refund as they were deemed faulty.

Got myself a lovely pair of good ol' Dunlop wellies, some time ago. I chose a size larger than I normally take, for accommodating wooly socks and for ease of donning & doffing, plus metal toe-caps. Very pleased with them. As I recall, they arrived swiftly.

The only negative was getting prompted, more than once, to leave a review on their website, even though I had done so. They then asked me to send a photo of the product in action, so that gave me a laugh. I think that was then end of the irritating nudges. Possibly AI-driven (I'm guessing).

I was glad to be able to buy some robust boots fit for the task, so I would certainly buy from them again if required.

Not as good as my previous pair. Leg part thin and flexible so not as easy to put on as tops keep rolling inwards. Didn’t have this problem with my previous pair. Also slightly narrower across the foot. Soles are of good quality with excellent grip, just a shame the rest of the boots are not of the same quality.

Worst company I've ever dealt with and poor quality products

Da ich bisher über viele Jahre immer gute Erfahrungen mit den Gummistiefeln von DUNLOP gemacht hatte, habe ich letztes Jahr über AMAZON neue Gummistiefel der Marke
"DUNLOP Unisex Terrapro Boot, Green Black, 43 EU"
gekauft. Ich trage diese Stiefel wenig, meistens zum Pilze suchen etc., der Tragekomfort ist super. Leider musste ich vor kurzen feststellen das der rechte Stiefel oben vorn im Knick (Knöchel) Übergang vom Fuss zu Schienbein undicht geworden ist, bei dieser Marke habe ich das nicht erwartet. Ich kenne das Problem aus früherer Zeit von Billigprodukten mit schlechter Gummiqualität und bin sehr enttäuscht von DUNLOP, für diesen Preis habe ich schon mehr Qualität erwartet. Ich kann diese Stiefel in dieser schlechten Materialqualität absolut niemand weiterempfehlen!
