Wow. Impressive service. Item arrived one day later by DHL to my chosen collection point. The battery I bought for my laptop is excellent and included the required tools as well. It looks high quality... Voir plus
Have used Duracell canon battery in past. though under performs at 1600mah Vs Canon factory stock battery - It's the price that wins. At 1/4th the price of original battery - this is killer battery.

Overall very good.
This review is only about the checkout experience, not the company over all, it'd Duracell so I think most people already have an opinion on that.
Since it had PayPal as an option it was easy and simple. System also did a good job of finding my address. It was slightly annoying that it did a search for my address as that meant it's not compatible with the automated form completion built into the browser and I had to fiddle with it for a few seconds and make some manual edits. No big deal, just a classic example of something made to make things easier actually making it more complicated. Just a tiny drawback that I suppose would be a good thing for people who don't have their information stored already.

No good return policy
Do not order here, they have such a bad return policy. The customer will need to pay for the return if you as I did, order the wrong battery(because of wrong information on the web site). Given that the website was in norwegian, and the address was duracelldirect.no I was suprised when being told that I needed to return the battery to London, and not some place in Norway. The info about the return policy was on the website, so my mistake for not doing a better review before ordering, but I would not have quessed anyone had such a bad return policy as this. The return of the battery would have costed almost as much as the price of the battery, so that was not done and the new and correct battery will for sure not be ordered from duracelldirect.
