Lovely company to deal with
Lovely company to deal with. Very patient and non pushy before purchase. Answered all my questions and happy to do modifications needed for bike. With health issues and a fragile spine safety was my number 1 concern and my nihola low feels so safe and reliable. I’d lost confidence with tricycles due to a bad experience and now I’m back riding again with confidence and joy. Thank you

Bought a new R&M Multicharger2…
I bought my new R&M Multicharger2 through them. They were super helpful and enabled me to get exactly the spec I desired after I tried a test ride on their in-stock bike. Ordering the bike from Germany requires patience in shipping but they updated me every step and gave me a good price.
Buying a premium bike is a big commitment and I would thoroughly recommend Dutch Cargo Biles for this, they'll take good care and treat you honestly and openly. They've stayed in contact after the purchase which is nice too.
I look forward to seeing them again for the first service.

Cargo e-bike South Australia
I live in a hilly area in South Australia. My lifestyle had changed from flat city commuting to wanting to ride with a toddler in a challenging area.
I test rode multiple different options and brands but ended up buying a pre-loved O2 Feels Equo from Dutch Cargo. The service provided by Will in the McLaren Vale Workshop along with Emmy, Jurgen and Yoga was outstanding.
For a first time E-bike user I would describe the bike as having the boost you need for hills and carrying weight/cargo. It is a cruisey ride compared to a road bike as you are carrying more weight but have the assistance needed. My toddler loves the seat on the back and the quality of the bike is exceptional and easy to use with a clever locking mechanism.
If looking to purchase a bike, I would recommend reaching out to Dutch Cargo for advice and knowledge of what is best suited for yourself.

Quality & Good Service
I found the quality of all the bikes excellent. Emma, Jurgen, and Yoga were really friendly, and very helpful. They allowed me to test ride any bike I liked. After several visits, I finally decided on the I:SY E5 ZR F Comfort, and comfortable it is. I had a basket put on the front, and my 12kg dog can even lie down in it. The bike rides smoothly, and the assist levels are easy to change. The folding pedals make it easy to bring into the flat. The three different locking mechanisms, which automatically come with the bike, makes me feel secure in knowing it will still be there when I get back.

Great service + great product = highly recommend!
This is the family's second bike from Dutch Cargo and we absolutely love it. We went from a Bullitt to a Tern due to kids height, and this time with a motor (the hills were getting harder!) It's super handy as a second vehicle and converts to a 'ute' with a Euro Crate on the back for grocery shopping. Fits a box of beer quite well too! Customer service was top notch, just like our first purchase. I highly recommend an eCargo, and definitely to purchase it from Dutch Cargo.
