Would give zero stars if I could
Would give 0 if I could. Sent the wrong order. Phone lines do not work. No urgency to sort the issue. Limited responses to emails. See if the equipment arrives or if this is just a scam.

I received my item and opened it just to find that it doesn't work as described I have phone on a number of occasions and left number of messages and emails but have had no reply to any emails or messages and no one has returned my calls total rip off

Customer service on existent
Goods dispatched next day however DPD had to hold delivery to an available date to suit me
DPD then failed to deliver to agreed date so the item had to be returned to DVS
I Posted back by parcel force who in turn delivered and left outside of DVS goods-in personal door
I have telephoned DVS and emailed on numerous times to find out if they have recovered the parcel into their premises…. Phone lines are closed and E-mails remain unanswered
Customer service , in fact any human contact with DVS is non existent
Currently £75 out of pocket and unable to start a claim with parcel force until DVS confirm if or not the parcel was safely received
It is also noted all the responses on trust pilot from DVS are automated and all say the same
I would not recommend this company to anyone

Damaged and Used Grohe Bath Tap that was not…
Received Grohe Bath Tap that was not only damaged but on further inspection had been used and so far no response from Customer Services on email sent 10 days ago! Phones don't work and no response on email or Chat. Such a shame as competively priced.

Terrible service.
Delivery company failed delivery as they went to incorrect address. Then the item went back to sender due to damage by courier.
Tried contacting DVS multiple times over the course of a week to see if I could get another one sent. No answer to calls or email.
Would not reccommend.
