I have had to return faulty equipment for a replacement and I have heard nothing from you. Have tried calling and emailing and yet nothing very disappointing?

Wrong item received - DVS Power Tools will not respond to any contact.
I was sent the wrong item on 22 August 2026. I emailed DVS Power tools on the same day and requested an exchange. I did not received a response. I emailed again on 27 August 2026 and requested a refund. I did not receive a response. I used the online chat function today (8 September 2026). I did not receive a response. I tried calling today. An automated message told me to email. I am now having to request a chargeback. This clearly a company which does not have a contactable customer service, and which does not care about it. It should be avoided.
