Super easy to use! I love how once you upload your pictures, the main image blurs out the background and allows for the item that you are selling to really pop. You don’t have to do much, you just get presented with an offer and can choose to accept or reject it with one button (there is no hassle of going back and forth when an interested buyer since Dwisi would be the mediator). Apart from the app, their customer service is great, they answer within 1-2 minutes and always have a solution to my inquiries.

The whole experience was seamless and easy.
I was able to keep my shoes with me until it was bought by a buyer on the platform, no consignment, more practicale.
Their own driver lady came to pick up the item at my place the day after and I receive my money 3 days after !
To be honest the commission is fair and low compare to the market of UAE

customer service is 10/10 they are far ahead of Vestiaire collective.
their positive points:
-listening to the reseller and the customer.
-they have quality packaging it's very important to specify it because if you have to make a gift you don't have to worry!
-they come to collect your item from you if you have sold it and they also deliver it to you if you place an order on their app.
