Great communication and a excellent job by the engineer on my alloy

The booking process was easy, did get directed to a QR code that didn’t work but once spoke to the booking team and directed to the web site was quick and resolved the booking quickly and arranged time to suit me at home.
Tom who undertook the 2 alloy repair and my bumper scratch was brilliant.
Quality was really good and so pleased with the finish.

The service from the guys who have come out have been excellent, over and above ever time, can’t fault them for a second. A truly exceptional service. The communication from the planning team has been a little hit and miss though

I've had my car worked on by Jack (from Harrow area) twice now, and both times he went above and beyond. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained exactly what he was going to do and completed the job so quickly without any issues or fuss.

He was super friendly and reliable on both occasions and ensured i could carry on with my own things and not stress with the service he was carrying out. Would highly recommend him and the team for any work in this space.

ALLOY WHEELS REPAIR
The arrangements for the repair were carried out efficiently. The repair was carried out on a date earlier than that arranged and the man came to time as well. The repair was also carried out efficiently. A text was received soon afterwards which included a warning to be aware of possible problems caused by the different metals used, which was useful.

Very helpful chap, did a good job.
But website useless for trying to change date of repair. Emailed them, they promised to get back to me but never did!

Arrived on time and did a good job the engineer was very pleasant and courteous

They kept me informed with reminders about when they were coming and also given a time slot which was helpful. The weather was terrible, however he set up his canopy and did a very good job. Very well done and a good experience. The only thing was that it was quite a long wait from the time of putting in the claim and actually doing the job.

Appointment fitted around my available time. Messages kept me up to date on when repair was due. Arrived on time. Friendly and efficient. Invited inspection of the work. Very pleased.

The Engineer, Danny, was extremely helpful.

The service we have received has been wholly unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and distress.
Both ourselves and Mercedes-Benz Taunton had been awaiting confirmation that the alloy wheel repair would be completed as scheduled. We were specifically assured by James at DWV that the repair would be carried out today. Based on this confirmation, all parties made the necessary arrangements and expected the repair to proceed.
Furthermore, the manner in which we were treated during our subsequent telephone conversation with DWV was completely unacceptable. The colleague we spoke with:
X Refused to check with James regarding the confirmation that had been provided.
X Stated, whilst laughing, that James was unwell and therefore unavailable (Which has been proved to be a lie afterwards)
X Refused our request to speak with a manager.
Stated that he did not feel like transferring the call to a manager.
X Displayed behaviour that we found dismissive, rude, and discriminatory.
This conduct falls far below the standard of customer service that any customer should reasonably expect. Being treated in such a manner, whilst attempting to resolve an issue that has already caused considerable inconvenience, is deeply disappointing.
