I was supposed to have all 4 alloys…
I was supposed to have all 4 alloys done and only had 3 done which im not happy at all about and no one has rang sonce my complaint to explain why or to get it sorted.

Small dent removal
I was having some paintwork chips fixed on my car by an engineer when I asked him about a small dent on the frame above the rear passenger door, that I was told could not be fixed.
He had a look and said he may know someone who could do it, and gave me his contact number and name
I contacted him and sent him photos, he gave me a quote, which I thought was fair and arranged a time.
His name is Neil Dent (its true)he was very professonal made me aware of what he was going to do. He did a great job and I am very happy with the result and can highly recommend him, he did a great job at a great price, thats why he got 5 stars.

The technician arrived on time and carried out the repair to my alloy wheel which was completed in less than 1 hour.
He advised me not to clean the wheel for 2-3 days to allow the paint to harden off .

Great experience with DWV who were…
Great experience with DWV who were booked to do a couple dents and some alloy repairs through our car care plan.
Craig done a fantastic job on the repairs. 2 of the alloys needed to be re-booked with a technician who had a lathe van and Craig made the relevant phone calls/emails whilst doing the repairs to ensure both would be sorted and booked in on the same day.
Highly recommended!
