The bike is great value
The bike is great value, the team were quick to answer my questions before purchase (even if they did get a detail wrong) and have offered to help with a warranty issue. Shipping to me was easy, and I'm enjoying riding the bike; it has enough power to help me get up the hill without being too heavy to carry when needed.

I had a question about the delivery times and the response was quick and helpful. I got the feeling that Dave knew the whole business top to bottom and cared about what customers wanted and needed. Dave provided the right product for a great price with a very good online service. I particularly liked that they answer phones and you can talk to a knowledgeable person which is so hard to find these days. I will definitely use Dyson bikes again.
