Great and Fantastic service…
Would highly recomend Fantastic service from start to finish. Very helpful as we we're novices. Turned up talked-about are needs and were pointed in the right direction. Test rode 3 bike and picked up are new bikes 2 days later.

Searching for a replacement hot tub…
Searching for a replacement hot tub late in the summer season and up popped an electric bike shop with a hot tub and priced very reasonably. Paid and within a day got despatch info. No delivery tracking info sent on the day so quick email to Davey and within half an hour he’d replied finding out where my parcel was and was given a rough timeframe of delivery. Fabulous customer service, would highly recommend.

I recently have been dealing with E Bikesdirect and have been delighted with all their help and assistance, how refreshing these days to deal with a company that puts their customers first, many other companies should/could learn from this company’s ethos, my thanks especially to Davey - first class all round and I applaud you sir, can’t thank you enough
Disappointing buying experience
The mistake I made was 'distance' buying an E-bike from this company based on a) the sales advice received over the telephone and b) mis-interpreting what constituted a '2022' model versus one that had clearly been in stock for some considerable time. I foolishly provided my debit card details for what essentially was merchandise 'sold unseen'. What arrived in due course was subsequently rejected on various counts - thereafter the onus being entirely on the customer to endure the inconvenience and expense of re-packaging and returning the item to E-Bikes Direct. At the end of the day, it is for the reader of this report to formulate their own opinions and take a view as to how many of the 'glowing' reports are genuine or otherwise. All I'm saying is that, wherever or from whoever you purchase an E-bike, visit the retailer's premises and satisfy yourself that it is indeed the right bike for you.
Professional and helpful customer service team
I can highly recommend using E Bikesdirect, based on my recent experience. Having not ridden a bike for several years I opted for the Osprey which is a foldable electric bike. It arrived well packaged and within a week of purchasing. However, after riding it a couple of times it became obvious that the gears were playing up. I contacted Darren in customer services and he suggested I take it to a local bike repair shop to have it looked at and that they would cover the cost. The mechanic was able to spot and resolve the issue swiftly by installing a new chain, as the original one was sticking badly and effecting the gears. E Bikesdirect reimbursed the cost of the part and labour and my bike is now working a treat! I would not hesitate to use them again.

I ordered a front light for my bike through E bikesdirect which unfortunately malfunctioned within a couple of weeks. I contacted the company about the matter and their customer service was absolutely superb. They took the matter up with the supplier, kept me constantly appraised of what was going on and arranged a replacement.
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with them (especially Danny who was my point of contact) and I couldn’t fault their service.

Ordered a bike lock a day before the 4 day Jubilee weekend and received it 5 days later. Wasn't expecting that, thought maybe middle of the week. Pleased with the lock, diamond rated, for the best price I could find.

Issues resolved with the help of Trustpilot
Purchased a new £1700 Ebike, but there were communications/customer service problems. After leaving a review of my experience of the company here, I recieved a phone call from the Gen Manager to help resolve the issues. The issues were resolved. The company has many positive reviews, so I can only assume that my experience was untypical of their day to day operation. Would I buy from them again ? - yes, I believe I would.

I bought my Raleigh Grand Tour in July 2019 from E-bikes direct at a big discount presumably because it was "last year's colour"! All went well unto until April this year when all of a sudden the battery just stopped working. It was 8 months out of warranty but quite low mileage. Darren said if I could photograph the battery including the mileage and send the photo's to him, he would ask Bosch if they could supply a new battery FoC as a gesture of goodwill. He wasn't confident but Bosch came up with the goods. The new battery is now on charge and I'm raring to go. So thanks to Darren (and Bosch) for going above and beyond their legal responsibilities. Good customer service from E-bikes Direct.
