E-Go Bike Avis 

I purchased an e-go Lite 3s through the Green Commute Initiative as part of my work’s Cycle to Work scheme. Glenn was incredibly helpful throughout the process, answering all my questions by email and making sure everything went through smoothly.

I’m really pleased with my bike! It has made my commute into Oxford from the surrounding park and rides so much quicker than taking the bus. It’s also the perfect little bike for tackling Headington Hill on my way home.

I would highly recommend the e-go Lite 3s and the excellent service from Glenn. 😊

Extremely helpful in trouble shooting which cycle computer I needed.

We purchased two of the lite bikes, they were delivered very quickly at a time that suited me perfectly. What I am impressed with is the customer care, we had an issue with one of the bikes, spoke on the live chat and Glenn arranged to come out to fix it.
I've never had service like it, would 1000% recommend to anyone thinking of buying a bike, to use this company

Very prompt service and was pleased that the pannier rack had already been fitted and the battery was charged when the bike was delivered. Used the bike on our holiday to France and the bike easily coped with the French cycle paths and roads.

Excellent communication on purchase and regarding delivery. Would have valued more information on aftercare service. No idea on the best tyre pressures. Had an issue with the seat dropping as cycling along, this caused electric wire casing to be scraped on the ground. We called and were advised to tighten the post screw, which we did but it still happens occasionally.

Bought ego carbonlite 3s recently.. Telephoned initially and had great advice.
Ordered and delivered on time exactly as promised.

I must congratulate Glenn Russel of E-Go Bikes. I purchased a large folding bike during the New Year special offer and I'm delighted with it. The only slight gripe I have is that the drop-down stand is leaning too far and the hight gust of wind one day blew the bike over! I've had an Allen bolt come loose and lost, so I contacted Glenn who has kindly put two spare ones in the post for me as was not possible to find one in my area. Many thanks from Geoff a very satisfied customer.

I don’t really do reviews,, but I’m feeling this guy deserves one,, I’ve a e-go Olympus bike, a very strong built bike I may say. Well I had a error 10 code. I was at my wits end struggling to fix my bike. Glen helped me solve my problem. The guy is a friendly and patient chap who went out of is way to help me. I personally would recommend this company if your looking to purchase an E Bike as they are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Glen.

So I purchased a bike through this company and on the first ride, the tyre inner tube came out of the wheel and off of the rim. I’ve rode many electric bikes and never experienced this, thus I wanted to send it back to them. It has since been a load of trouble organising this and now I’m being told I could be charged a minimum of 10 percent to return a bike that’s not made very well clearly. I will update my review depending on how the return goes. The bike is in perfect condition and was rode only once so let’s see how much they try to charge me for this when all is said and done.
