Good Customer Service
Yes, I was concerned that the cartridges I ordered were not the cartridges I received. The packaging was identical to just plain AR153. I Ordered AR153 Watermelon Zkittles. Nowhere on the packaging did it indicate 'Watermelon Zkittles. As a result, I was a bit concerned.
As an aside, this product regardless of the flavor, Ari53, uplift or relax, it actually, quite significantly reduces pain.
So, I can't recall the very nice person I chatted with nor do I recall the gender. But he or she explained that the packaging had not yet caught up with the product. This is why there was no indication that the cartridges shipped to me were 'Watermelon Zkittles'. So, said the rep., 'the way to determine this product was by looking at the "MANUFACTURED:" date of the cartridges. She or he determined that I indeed had Watermelon Zkittles.
I had not opened the seal on the cartridges until this rep said it was the real deal. And they were correct. I'm enjoying the WZ! And I'm..."Tasting The Rainbow!"

Supreme Quality and All-around Great Experience!
Very, very happy with the quality of your products! First of all the website was laid out very well and easy to understand, even for us hemp newbies. After trying both the "relax" and "uplift" cartridges the proof was in the product. Both objectives were achieved! What is nice is that these should last me a long time as I only use sparingly. The device was so easy to understand and very well designed. My only suggestion... since this product falls within the "wellness" category is to design an exclusive cartridge that helps with pain. I have fibromyalgia and did achieve some pain relief with both the relax and uplift varieties however, to target more pain relief would be a god-send for us chronic pain folks. That being said, the quality and pureness of your product speaks for itself and I will be a repeat customer for many years to come!

Personally this has really helped with my anxiety, I have schizophrenia and get very anxious when I have hallucinations, but when I have used the relaxing cartridges, I feel much calmer and do not freak out when I hallucinate.

Favorite blend so far!

Ok, not great
Super potent smell but minimal if any effect. As a mood booster, I would say I maybe had a very slight uplift but it was not really noticeable. The taste and smell is super strong. Overall, I didn’t really notice a difference.

Although our products react differently to each person, our Uplift and Relax Stems do not have any kind of intoxicating effect. Our only line of Stems to offer any kind of buzz would be our Ari53 Stems, but the buzz is very subtle.
Hemp regulations prevent us from having anything above a %0.3 THC. But times are changing, and more states are legalizing cannabis. Due to this, there is no telling what the future holds. Stay tuned :).

I really loved this product
I really loved this product! It was great for daytime use, and as a supplement to my regular THC cartridges when I ran out. It gives you a nice mentally lifted feeling without being high.

The Ari53 blend arrived quickly and does what it says it does. It's a mild, but nice euphoric feeling. I love that I can compost the stems afterwards instead of creating more trash.
I would prefer if E1011 Labs found a more eco-friendly way to ship without plastic bubble wrap.

This was an overall good product. Very subtle with its effects and benefits. I kinda like it that way. Better than being overwhelmed. Would recommend trying and getting your own opinion.
