The website and items provided by customer service were very informative. Customer service was excellent, particularly as we had to cancel our participation due to health reasons, then I was able to be reinstated on the tour at the last minute as the health issue subsided.

The pricing was good. The guides were excellent and coped very well with changing conditions during the tour.

Eagle-eye did a tremendous job. The guides and itinerary were superb.

Every day was packed full of new things to see. There was ample time for for photographers and we all got good views of everything. We managed well over 400 bird species because of the amazing skill of the guide, James Wolstencroft. The food was very good and the lodges were all amazing in different ways. The most basic ones were surrounded by the most wildlife and were the most memorable, but they were all well-chosen. The group size (6) was good for the Land Cruisers and the pace was perfect. Great trip.

The tour leaders knew how to handle the challenging situations of a slow migration season and an outbreak of Covid. They made sure we saw a wide variety of birds and were all safe even though keeping the guests separated from the general public was hard work.

As a solo traveller, I was made to feel welcome and enjoyed the shared experiences of fellow travellers. It was great to be active in the field, different habitats each day and the weather cooperated too! Be prepared for mosquitos in some areas...bird food! Our leader Kyle kept an even pace and we saw lots of birds, many new to us all!

This tour goes to hot spots, well-known to birders and popular at this time of year. We were grateful to be taken there by Kyle Schanta, our excellent leader, and to leave all the logistics to him and Eagle-Eye Tours.

I thoroughly enjoyed the 2023 Texas Migration Tour with Eagle-Eye. Kyle was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable about birds and very personable and helpful. We traveled to new and interesting places in Texas, had decent accommodations and ate well. Fortunately my travel companions were very congenial and we enjoyed being together. Kudos to Eagle-Eye for organizing a great trip!

This is a wonderful tour which more than lived up to my expectations. I wanted to see and photograph beautiful landscapes, birds, wildlife, etc. It all happened. We photographed Torres de Paine and El Chalten at sunrise, saw King Penguins, visited two glaciers, photographed many new bird species, saw 11 puma in one day...

Stunning land with such enigmatic and storied creatures. The vastness was overwhelming. Guide was fun, compelling, flexible and knowledgeable or found information if he didn't know it. A bit bird heavy for the non-birder, but always photographic opportunities. Would have liked a bit more trekking or exploring by foot, but that may not have been for everyone. My second trip with Eagle-Eye. Both fantastic. Looking forward to a third.

Had a great time as a beginner birder and already thinking about another trip. Eagle Eye provided very helpful pre trip guidelines and checklist. Our guide Kyle was fantastic, very knowledgeable, always trying to make sure we all had a good time, very thoughtful about keeping me well fed as a vegan with the poor options in Texas. Saw loads of new and exciting birds and learned a lot about how to find them. I thought we moved at a good pace but I was also glad that it wasn't a problem to wander a little further from the group every once in a while. Would warn future trippers about the demonic mosquitoes on the Texan coast.

I went on the Ice Floe Edge trip with this company last June. While many things were acceptable, what was not acceptable was arriving in camp to dirty tents and dirty sleeping bags. This was absolutely disgusting. My tent/sleeping bag had used tissues in them. Another person's had dirty socks. In addition, the food was awful. I understand that this was a remote trip, but other operators manage to supply decent food. I stated this in my review after the trip, but never got a response. Do not travel with this company!

The itinerary was good for the trip though I'd suggest reversing the order. The Big Island was challenging physically but also more rewarding in the endemics we were lucky to see. The accommodations ranged from excellent (Oahu - Kiamana Beach Hotel - beautiful beach, very nice common areas and restaurant as well as near to park and shopping/dining) to average (Big Island - Holiday Inn Express - rooms were fine but pool and common area were cramped, only crowded, small beaches nearby). Our guides, Chris and Jakob were top-notch: very knowledgeable, caring, fun to be with and intent on maximizing our viewings of species, especially endemics.

The tour was fabulous! The amount of birds the group saw was astounding. The guides, Ernest and Paz, were passionate about the birds and always there to help in whatever way possible. They went out of their way to make sure I could eat within my dietary restrictions. Through the tour we got to see the a lot of the country in style. I will be going on another tour with Eagle Eye Tours in the future.

I needed to make an insurance claim. The claim took over a year to process and there were many obstacles along the way. Eagle-Eye provided exceptional service at every stage of the claim including necessary documentation and telephone and online support. I could not have achieved a successful resolution without the assistance of Eagle-Eye Tours staff.

Lots of species , great guides, great companions.

The company was great. Two strengths stand out. The guides and the pre-tour support information. Only area for improvement would be notifying participants once the group minimum has been reached to ensure the trip goes foreward.

We were exposed to a vast array of marvelous birds, directed by two experienced guides, and taken to a variety of diverse locations to accomplish this.

It has been some time since I went on a birding tour. this was a new company for me. The guides were excellent. The trip list was 195 species. I added 23 life species. The accommodations were very good.

The tour delivered in every way. The guides worked great as a team and were patient and helpful throughout the tour. Our other tour companions were great fun and made the trip extra special. All accommodations were first-rate and the people of Costa Rica were friendly and welcoming. It was a wonderful trip!
