It has an echo which makes it awful to listen to the tv. I was contacted by Eardoc who think that it is my hearing aids causing the problem and that they need adjusting. I will update when I next see my audiologist to see if that adjustment gets rid of the echo.

I contacted Eardoc in late December (during holidays) as my mother's hearing aid charger failed and she was unable to hear. Aleksandar went out his way to help find the right replacement and have it delivered as soon as a courier was available to pick it up. Thanks Aleksandar.

I reached out with a few questions about telehealth services as I wasn't sure how it compared to in person appointments. I had a video call with the Audiologist Mo and he explained how the same testing and services could be conducted over the phone by connecting your hearing aids to the hearing aid app. At first a bit skeptical, I went ahead with the remote telehealth program and was pleasantly surprised with how similar it was to an in clinic appointment. The hearing aids were programmed and tuned to suit my lifestyle, and I have access to schedule as many telehealth appointments as I need. I understand how others, like me initially, would be skeptical about telehealth and remote fittings, however I would definitely recommend it as the hearing aids ended up being fitted better than with my previous in-clinic provider.

I’ve purchased hearing aids before, but EarDoc’s method was completely different. Everything was explained clearly, the ordering was simple, and the follow-up happened through a telehealth call. My audiologist adjusted my hearing aids remotely in seconds while I sat at home and drank my coffee.

Buying hearing aids through EarDoc felt seamless from start to finish. The technology they use is years ahead of what I’ve seen elsewhere. My audiologist fine-tuned the sound over a call and the changes came through my app right away. I never had to step into a clinic.

Excellent customer service. The team at EarDoc have gone above and beyond making the transition to my new hearing aids a personal and seemless process. I was skeptical at first, to how hearing aids can be set up remotely but the experience definitely exceeded all my expectations. The in home setup is great - it takes away the clinical and impersonal hearing adjustments in an office. Would highly recommend this service. I have had hearing aids for 20 years and this has been the best experience I have had.

I was dreading the usual back-and-forth appointments, but EarDoc completely changed that for me . From purchase to the fitting, everything was explained clearly and handled online. My hearing aids were adjusted while I was sat at home, using the app during a Telehealth call. Couldn’t have been easier.

What stood out for me with EarDoc while visiting in Australia was how advanced the whole process felt.
I ordered my hearing aids, had my first adjustments done over telehealth, and watched the settings update instantly on my phone.
