Great service …
Ray was a really great guy he was very friendly putting me at ease right from the start of the appointment explained the procedure fully to me and made sure I was comfortable through the procedure. Booking the appointment was equally easy and efficient great service highly recommend them

Unfortunately for me it took a few appointments... but with their patience came success... words can't explain fully how pleased/ happy I am... that fullness and muffled noises were horrible... all good now ...

Excellent customer service
I have received an excellent customer service just like last year. The nurse was very thorough and kind. My left ear was blocked and It is so amazing to hear again. I highly recommend this service. You will not get disappointed.

Excellence service i am very happy they managed to unblock my ears it hurt alittle in one ear but they managed to clean it i finally hear i would come here again if my ear got unblocked again

The wax was removed successfully by the Amy. However, I have had ringing in my ear ever since. I have impaired hearing in my left ear, which was the only one treated.
I will seek to get a GP appointment to establish if there has benn any damage done to the eardrum.

Samira was lovely , she took her time to explain the process and answered all my questions professionally and fully. She was knowledgeable and even showed me the before and after images via a live camera in my ear. All in all I would have no hesitation recommending.

Lovely guy
Lovely guy, told me all about the procedure, continued to check I was ok during the procedure , and once procedure was complete I could hear a pin drop . Won't hesitate to use them again , and would recommend to friends and family .
