Amazing service for my 91yr old mum
Amazing service for my 91yr old mum. Lovely lady came out to mums house, she was very understanding that mum has onset dementia. Mums ears were totally blocked and they were cleared in no time at all. No pain for mum. Will def use again and would recommend.

Professional and effective service
Good communication after booking. Anna was extremely friendly but completely professional throughout the process. She explained everything very clearly.
My husband can finally hear again after weeks of misery.
Anna discovered he had an infection in both ears and gave advice re contacting GP for prescription.
A full report was sent to my husband the following day.
My husband is delighted. Me too as I no longer have to shout at him!
He will take Anna's advice and book an annual appointment.
We thoroughly recommend this service.

Brilliant wax removal

From the moment the appointment was booked we were kept up to date with reminders, when necessary, about the visit. The young lady that arrived was very friendly & professional. She performed the wax clearance very efficiently & expertly with minimal discomfort to mum. As well as showing the amount of wax removed( which was considerable!) she also showed photos before & after of mums ear canals. This is the second time of using this company & would definitely use & recommend again.

Praise to Anna…
My 84 year old mother has not left her hose in 6 years, suffering also with high anxiety depression and panic attacks to anybody new coming to the house but Anna was superb making mum feel at ease and relaxed she also explained exactly what she was going to do before she did anything and made mum feel very relaxed and at ease, my thanks to Anna and we will be using her again.
