EARS Clinics Avis 

I arrived about 10 mins before my time and was seen almost right away the person who saw me I think introduced herself by her first name other than there was very little communication I felt very rushed the procedure was uncomfortable and when I mentioned it I was in no way reassured. The entire process took no more than about 10 mins and I was out of the room exactly at the time my appointment was due! One ear done the other one was fine £60 for an uncomfortable 10 mins with very little clinical interaction was not what I expected

Aileen was very friendly and welcoming and
explained everything she was going to do and continued to explain at each stage of the treatment.
I would definitely recommend Aileen to anyone needing treatment.

A friendly welcome and a great experience. After a few questions Melissa removed the wax using micro suction. It was painless and a brilliant result. I would recommend it.

I suffered a lot of pain this visit. This was the first time this happened at this practice. I had a lot of pain at a previous practice in Roslin and thought that was all behind me. I may have to review my decision to use the same practioner again and revert to a practioner I have used before at South Queensferry.

EARS South Queensferry were recommended by a local Audiologist. As wax removal was their specialty, she suggested that they were the team to solve the wax accumulation that had gradually built up, significantly reducing my hearing. Euan, an absolute professional, ensured all wax was completely removed, tricky as it was to do so. No hesitation in recommending EARS, they're a helpful, friendly and experienced team.

This was my second visit and I am very happy with the service. Leighann was very professional, friendly and puts you at ease. She explains what she is doing and makes sure that you are comfortable. If you want to ask questions at anytime, she is happy to answer. The process is not painful and I would happily recommend Ears Clinic. Thanks Leighann.

I had struggled for over two months with my hearing ,finally went to GP.GP advised use drops for a few days then get ears cleaned out.Used prescribed ear drops but after 4th day of using almost felt completely deaf.Could cope no more saw EARS clinic advertised on internet and booked appointment for next day at South Queensferry clinic.I was greeted by a lovely staff member after a brief consultation,recommended best course of action.Within about 20 minutes left the clinic hearing fully restored to normal,would fully recommend.Don’t suffer in silence.

Euan at south queensferry was consistent in his approach towards solving what is a challenging narrow ear canal. Removing wax from my ear is a challenge.
