My experience was second to none. I did'nt appreciate that the earnbwas so complicated.
Everything was explained to me in detail and I must congratulate Leighann on her in depth knowledge, "well done"

I went to the Ears Clinic in Stepps, where both my ears were cleaned very professionally using both water and suction. Everything was explained very clearly to me, and the procedure made a massive difference to my hearing.
I was very impressed with the work done by the young lady who attended to me.

Sinead at Newton Mearns was very efficient and really friendly. My hearing was amazing when I left the appointment.

Melissa was extremely friendly, professional and attentive throughout my treatment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease and ensured I was comfortable at every stage. I received excellent care and would happily recommend Melissa and the clinic to others.

Ear wax removal without weeks! of drops. Lovely nurse who helped me feel very safe and comfortable. Parking across the road couple of minutes walk away.

Had an appointment with Leighann for Micro Suction on both ears which had perforations, physician was gentle, caring & attentive and explained everything that would be done putting my mind at ease, the procedure was quick and effective results amazing, before and after photos provided, would highly recommend ☺️

Appointment was easy to make. Reminder texts were sent. I was treated by Kenza and taken on time. She made you feel relaxed and explained the proceedure in detail. I was shown my ear wax via camera before and after. Very quick and painless. Recomended

Absolutely brilliant, Leighann put me at ease as soon as I walked in the door, she was very good and professional, she explained everything she was doing during the procedure, no pain at all. A very nice young woman, my husband has booked an appointment with her in a few weeks. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her to anyone.

I had an appointment with Sinead on 25th August and I was completely satisfied with the process and outcome. Sinead, like all the nurses, is fully competent and has a very pleasant manner which puts you at your ease. I visit EARS Clinics frequently and can thoroughly recommend them.
