earthbreeze.co.uk Avis

I've been using earth breeze laundry eco sheets for over a year now and am very impressed how well they clean, even the messiest of toddler's clothing and I wouldn't go back to the old harsh detergents.
Earth breeze's customer service is also great. Today I emailed regarding an issue updating my subscription & in under an hour I had received a response from Jane notifying me the issue was resolved & offered a refund for the additional packs received in error. I declined as I will use the packs but it was nice to be offered this. ☺️

This is a very caring and understanding company with a great product and a prompt service. Very important to me. I love them.

Excellent product and excellent customer service. By mistake I got sent 2 parcels and paid 2 subscriptions but having notified Earthbreeze it was sorted within 5 minutes of my e mail and I was allowed to keep the excess, which I will use to spread the word about this excellent product

Great customer service. As a business we were missing some invoices, Jaydee was super efficient at retrieving them for me.

What superb customer service !! I love the product but wanted to change to the Fresh Beeze scented sheets. Now this was a full years subscription of the non scented version which I was very happy to return BUT ... not only did they sort out the exchange within 48 hours but also said that instead of returning the remaining sheets please pass them on to a homeless shelter or someone who I knew that was in need.

If every business has such excellent service and attitude the world would be a better place. I am now a very very loyal customer.

Change now and use Earth Breeze!!

The customer service I received when I found myself accidentally creating many subscriptions! Michelle was fabulous, attentive, corrected my mistakes, showed proof and didn’t make me feel stupid! Thank you!

The best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Prompt, polite and efficient. Plus the product is great. Really made changing to a better laundry product so easy. Well done and let’s spread the word.

Its being excellent with the customer service

So pleased I discovered these eco-friendly laundry sheets. They are easy to store, easy to use, smell divine (I use “Fresh Scent”) and they work out no more expensive than regular, supermarket “off the shelf” detergents (smaller loads need only half a sheet and larger loads are very adequately cleaned with just one sheet). Clothes come out as fresh and clean as any regular clothes wash detergents.
Their Customer Services Dept (self-styled “Customer Delight Specialists”!!) are speedy to respond and really helpful.

Incredible customer service, speedy in responses, always a pleasant manner via email and always able to help. Great product too

I have been using Earthbreeze for 6 months now and can easily say it’s performance is amazing, it smells nice, no more grappling with large boxes or cartons and it’s great for the planet. I cannot fault it in any way at all. When I had need to speak to customer service they delt with the issue immediately and resolved it in double quick time to more than my expectations. Thank you Earthbreeze for this amazing product

Great product, have been using for two years now. Cleans well while kind to environment and does not leave mess in washing machine. Easy to order. Prefer to bulk buy and would be good to see this offered on website as part of buying method and not just as occasional offer.

Earthbreeze eco washing sheets are amazing. I have sensitive skins and had no problems at all. The company is amazing to order from, & the staff are wonderfully friendly. 10 out of 10

I requested by email that my order be delayed as I still had quite a few sheets left. I got a quick response that it was done, all good!

Earth Breeze is an excellent company. No massive plastic bottles to deal with and the sheets work perfectly. One of the best products I’ve ever bought. I’d hate to go back to the old bulky plastic horrors. I was missing a delivery recently and their customer service support was first class, really friendly and a new order was quickly sent out and delivered.

99 Problems but the Earth Breeze team ain‘t one 🤝

I love earth breeze sheets, fantastic results! No more plastic! Highly recommended.

I live in France & the deal is 30 sheets for 9€ if you subscribe to a regular delivery. My contact is with earthbreeze.com.
Unfortunately they have only sent 20 sheets on more than one occasion now & although initial emails were responded to where I understood the issue had been resolved, that is not the case.
The company continue to supply 20 sheets instead of 30 sheets & do not answer emails containing the proof. It's frustrating because their sheets are very good but I feel short changed and ignored like they do not care about their customers.

We used Earth breeze for the first time and have done ever since. By buying a bulk order of four packs at once. I have had problems with washing detergents before so, I was nervous about trying Earth Breeze but I needn't have worried because it worked really well.

I didn't think much of the laundry sheets so decided to cancel the subscription, as they say this can be done easily. It's not easy. First of all you have to get into an email trail about why you want to cancel etc etc etc. Then this morning, months later, I get a notification telling me my next order is about to ship. What a pain. Now I have to write to them again. Multiple times I expect. I would never have ordered it is known it was going to be such a bad experience.
