Earth breeze were so helpful after I I’d forgotten to notify them of my recent change of address. Not only are they sending me a replacement they have pushed the date back to receive my next order. I couldn’t ask for more. I will continue using their product as it is so easy and takes up no cupboard space. The product leaves absolutely no residue on the washing, win win all around. Thank you Earthbreeze 🙏🏻

Highly responsive and responsible company providing a really good product! I had to change an order and they dealt with it really quickly - even on a weekend.

The product is great; does the job well, stores easily and efficiently, and is very cost effective. but more than that, the company itself is helpful and generous. I don't know of another that has such great customer service!

An innovative product which works well, and packaged so comes through letter box.
Excellent customer service, now enhanced by being able to amend order or check up online immediately.

Have been using these to replace my previous liquid detergents and have found them to be just as good - but also taking up much less space in my cupboard! Regular deliveries mean I don’t have to remember to buy them - or carry them home!

Great product, clothes smell fresh and clean. Excellent customer service. I bought the years supply, and cancelled my monthly subscription.easy to store and so easy to deal with. 10/10

So, these days shopping online can be a bit of a trial - will you be happy with your purchase - can you really trust the description and reviews you read?
Well, recently I purchased a pack of 'Laundry Detergent Eco Sheets' from Earth Breeze and am very happy that I did. It is indeed, a well thought out and environmentally friendly product, which arrived as stated and on time via tracked mail.
What's more, I have received excellent customer service from Earth Breeze and found them completely trustworthy in all their statements. Earth Breeze want you to be satisfied with your purchase - they are happy to offer tips and advice - you really CAN, cancel or alter your subscription easily - they WILL refund you if necessary - and they quickly RESPOND to questions via email.
I have no hesitation in recommending Earth Breeze to others

After deciding to cancel my subscription (for now) there was a mix up and the product got posted out. However customer service was great and they let me keep product to donate to a good cause. Amazing customer service.

Love these laundry sheets - clean clothes, take up no shelf space at all, delivered to your door, ethically produced.... and helping charities too.

Setting the highest standards in Customer Support, staff are so helpful and go the extra mile , I have been left with such a good impression I would recommend them to anyone.

The product does a great job and while it doesn't deliver that big laundry smell that using other washing powders does, it still does a great job with each wash

We love Earthbreeze and use them across our 5 business address's. Easy to adjust the monthly subscription and great product with no plastic packaging, easy to store and use.

Wow I have never tried these laundry sheets before now and I'm blown away with them. No I mean it, they are very economical to use and performance is great.
Plus they went above and beyond helpfulness when I had a problem with one of my orders, response within 2hrs and all sorted. Well done to a great company.
From one very happy customer

I am happy with the earth breeze product. I have been using for a while now. Product takes little space in the cupboard. There was a mixup with the ordering. I contacted the company and got a prompt response apologising, explaining why it had happened and giving me a free pack.

Beware this sticky site! I ordered once and now I get monthly reminders that I've subscribed for repeat orders.
I can't get off their email list.
Wish I'd never heard of them

I have 5 grand children so the future of the World is important. We all are experiencing different extreme weather, so when I saw the advert for these, I decided I would try. Well, I can tell you that I'm absolutely delighted with them. Washing ability is excellent, storage needed is a small gap, money saving, because I don't use too much or to little now. I have used the scented option because that is my preference. You get 40 washes from these and you do only need 1, if you have muddy items maybe 2, but this is how I am doing my washing now! Gone through the 1st month loving them, and 2nd packet just arrived.
I think most people are guilty of too much powder in, I know I was. These sheets just do their job and disappear as they meet with water. Perfect for the planet.

I like the idea of the packaging as I am traveling a lot but I have sensitive skin an I always use non bio detergent. I bought the no fragrance Earth breeze but I had allergy and itchy feeling after I used. I don't recommend it for sensitive and allergic skin.

I like the product, and the customer service people are friendly enough, but they don't seem to possess business acumen. I paid for a year subscription but am not receiving packs and they are saying I cancelled and have refunded me but what they actually cancelled and refunded was a duplicate single pack order and not the balance for the 10 remaining packs. I have requested either the 10 packs or a refund for them, but had no reply. Disappointing.

Made in China!? Talk about greenwashing!

I love the product, but thinking of cancelling my order as the product labelling is not compliant with UK regulations. I've contacted the company to point out what they need to do to comply, but they haven't responded. As someone who works in regulatory compliance I can't support a company who are ignoring their legal responsibilities like this. By making a public review I'm hoping they will listen and take action.

Following a friend's recommendation, I ordered a pack of Earth Breeze Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets to try. I found the product to be perfect for my needs - 100% ecological, AND washes well, and saves space - so I subscribed. By error, my order was fulfilled twice. I was not charged for the extra batch, but had to pay customs fees as I live overseas. Earth Breeze customer service responded immediately. They refunded the amount I had paid in customs fees, and instead of returning the order, aked me to donate the packs to family, friends, homeless shelters and food banks, which I am now in the process of doing. Thank you Earth Breeze. I continue to be a delighted customer.
