I bought the mixed bag of wax melts after walking into a friends flat and immediately stopping in my tracks to demand she shares the name of whatever it was that smelt so divine! She kindly shared the link and it was the best thing I've bought in ages! One little melt lasts about 4-5 T light candles in my (quite tall) burner. Well over 12 hours of burning. Every single scent is beautiful and I will be purchasing more for xmas and birthday gifts- I'm thrilled I've found my new home scents! Best on the market!

I’ve bought candles and diffusers a few times from ease, both for personal use and gifts and never been disappointed. The scents have always been delightful, with speedy delivery and really lovely handwritten notes included. It’s always a special treat when a delivery from ease turns up!

I purchased 3 candles as gifts. ‘Night In’ was the perfect gift for new parents and Liquid Gold was a housewarming gift for friends. They both loved the scents ‘absolutely gorgeous’ and the packaging was a great toy for their child to play with.
Fab customer service from Alice as ever and I love the personal touch. Looking forward to trying the melts samples too.
As for the 3rd candle, I’ve decided I deserve a treat too!

I have been counting the days until the limited edition "Pumpkin Spice" was released. Now that it's arrived I'm even happier. I love the smells, but it's that crackling wick that really just soothes my brain. It's perfect for when I'm working, (white noise? brown noise? orange noise?). I don't care it just makes working from home nicer.

I’ve tried both the date night and sweater weather from EASE and I honestly say the scents are incredible. They last so long and fill the room with the most incredible smell. Also the branding is so stylish and sleek, they would make ideal gifts. Alice has been so wonderful to deal with. It’s great to support a local business

Highly recommend, great for gifts (and also for yourself!!). Lush fragrances and really love the matte black as well. The wooden wick add such a lovely sound when burning. I got Costal Walk and it’s awesome, will be buying more!

I have tried the 'night in' fragrance and it smells amazing. Not overpowering or too intense like some candles smell sometimes. Plus Alice was super helpful when contacted them with a couple queries. Definitely recommend their products!

I bought the candle Dusk, it is just incredible… fills the whole room with a gorgeous and addictive scent. So perfect for WFH and the vessel looks amazing too. These candles are on a par to diptyque (if not better!)

I first found Alice and Ease through the online London Maker's Market and I'm so glad I did! Her candles looked cute and had the most adorable and sense-inspiring names like Duvet Day, Sunday and Coastal walk so I decided to give them a go. I had a small but incredibly friendly interaction with her when I made my first order. The packaging they arrive in is second to none, even if you order just one candle, it comes well-wrapped in sustainable packaging including eco-friendly corn starch peanuts and she includes a cute hand-written thank you (there's not a lot of businesses I have experienced that make time for this) and tips of how to care for your candle to make it last; Her gratitude for your custom really shines through. The candles speak for themselves and add a touch of luxury wherever you put them (the matte black container and label really compliment each other) - I didn't light my first candle for a long time because I didn't want to ruin it (almost like a really beautiful birthday cake). The wax burns beautifully, the scent is strong but gentle and not too overpowering like a lot of candles can be and the wick sounds so amazing, definitely guaranteed to help you relax and unwind. On another occasion, unfortunately there was a mixup with my order but Alice couldn't have handled it better or more generously, she kindly offered to ship my correct order out the next working day and even let me keep the wrong order as a gesture of goodwill. She includes a sample of another scent with every order in the form of a wax melt. My advice is to get her selection of wax melts to start with so you can figure out your favourites and if you don't have a wax melter then message her, she's super friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable so can help you find the perfect starter scent. They make the most gorgeous presents too. I'm forever grateful I've found Alice and her candles, what an amazing small business to get behind

Received my candles today and I am absolutely thrilled with my order! I ordered 'Tan Lines' which smells like a summer full of cocktails, salty air and coconut suncream. I also ordered 'Sunday' which is just the cosiest scent, really homely and warm, I absolutely love them both. The scent throw is amazing, strong but also subtle if that makes sense. Cannot wait to try more of your gorgeous candles Alice. The packaging is beautiful, anyone who receives these as gift would be over the moon! I ordered the Tan Lines candle. Utterly gorgeous; smells like holiday! The wooden wick gives a subtle calming crackle as it burns and the wax melts evenly. Thoroughly recommend.

I bought the trio of Spring Blooms, Tan Lines and Rise & Shine for a Mother's Day present. Both my mum and I have been obsessed with the smells and scents; they're all absolutely gorgeous. It's also great to know that you've bought such an eco-friendly product which is so rare to find in the candle market! The packaging comes with eco-friendly Eco-flo which protect the candles and you can wash them away - such a great idea. The order arrived perfectly on time and the business owner wrote such a lovely note on behalf of me for my mum and even included cards on how to care for your candle with lots of tips which have been super helpful. If you want to buy delicious smelling candles for either yourself or as a gift, support the environment as well as small businesses, then Ease London is the one for you. Cannot recommend enough!
