A beautiful experience from beginning to end. The Persephone necklace is elegant, beautifully made, and even more lovely in person. The packaging was equally thoughtful every detail felt carefully considered.

Delivery took too long. I received a notification quite quickly that it was dispatched but it took a long time to get to me.
The necklace is chunky and feels quite solid. I agree with other customers that it would be better if the disc could be engraved on both sides as it flips over while you wear it.
I was really angry that after ordering the necklace in silver it’s actually made of surgical steel. I would never have bought it if I’d known and can’t believe it was listed as silver on the site. (It’s only since returning to the site after i received it that I learned it’s surgical steel. I’m not convinced it said that when I ordered as I wouldn’t have bothered with it.) It’s shocking that they charge the same price for both their ‘gold’ and ‘silver’ jewellery. It’s not worth the price.
Would have returned it if I wasn’t so lazy. I won’t wear it as the colour doesn’t match any of my actual silver jewellery.

I’m pretty happy with the necklace. It’s a little expensive so I got it with a payment plan but I think it was worth it to spend a little bit more on something this nice.

I absolutely love my necklace. I meant to order Hecate and accidentally ordered Medusa. I researched Medusa and found she really spoke to me and felt it was actually meant to be. I am panning on ordered a couple more over the coming months. Would love if there were a Nemesis necklace!!!!!!

The medallion had no where near the detail of what was advertised. It looks like a cheap knock off. Customer service stated it met their quality standards until I showed them photos. They then said I'd have to pay $100+ to send it back and offered no refund. The packaging was also completely messed up. This company are scammers.

I love the concept of these goddess necklaces and the design as it’s presented, but I have issue with the wimpy connector chain and the lack of detail on the little goddess medallion compared to the photo of it on the site. I took a jewelry loop and looked at mine, and it is nowhere near as detailed as the photo on the site. It’s rather unrecognizable and lumpy, really, so I was disappointed by the lack of quality promised. I’ve altered the piece with a better extender chain and clasp, so I know full well it’s non-returnable, I am glad I purchased it on sale and not full price.

I love my necklace - it's excellent quality and was beautifully presented on arrival... But that's not why I'm writing this review, I'm writing it because the customer service here is exceptional, not often do I encounter a business who have integrity who are focused solely on the customers experience & positive outcomes - can't wait to buy another piece ❤️

The item is nothing like the photos on the website, Medusa barely has facial features. Customer service wouldn't acknowledge the bad quality of item, just said "sorry I'm not happy with it" and made clear I'm responsible for paying return shipping to Japan ***and offered no refund if I did so*** - they now haven't replied to multiple emails requesting a return address or confirmation of refund... total scam and pretty sure they're trying to hold off until out of 30 day refund window so they can deny return.

The piece is beautiful, but it broke same day, that's number 1. Tried to contact customer service, no reply with solution, that's 2. Packaging is shit so box is all smashed, that's 3. And I paid £70 with discount. is it worth? No. I would not recommend buying from this company

My necklace has been on for 3 months straight and its been given a workout! Gym workouts, showers, sandy beaches, salty sea and chlorinated pools. There is zero evidence of tarnishing or discoloration. It is so light and easy to wear, sometimes I forget that its on. I love my necklace and would definitely recommend this company and its products every single time. *Thank you, Apollonia for making such a wonderful piece of jewelry. I have no regrets with this piece.

I love it! So pretty and perfect length. Unfortunately I lost it on a family trip and I’m devastated. Will be ordering another cleopatra when she is back in stock!

The idea behind the jewellery piece is fantastic and really drew me in. However, the execution is not up to par. The image on the medallion is very sketchy and lacks detail. The quality is mid-range. I’m sure it costs a tiny fraction of the retail price to produce. So you’re mainly paying for the marketing on Meta.

I ordered the Medusa necklace and it is made from high quality materials and it’s beautiful. I did have issues with the Medusa medallion facing outward when I’m wearing it, so I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. They have very communicative customer service through email and they were very kind to replace it right away.

Do not buy from this company.

Despite claims on their website, returns will be a hassle, and they will prolong it as much as possible, hoping the friction will induce you to accept their 20% discount to keep the jewelry.

They claim “Returns. Made simple.” is a false.

Do not do business with this company.

Do NOT order thru this website. I ordered my necklace based on the claims of "Italian luxury" but what I received was a a low quality, obviously used item (it was haphazardly put back on the foam holder backwards, uneven and not even connected in the back). Unhappy with the state of the item, I reviewed the return refund policy and it stated "easy returns, no questions" within 30 days. If I didn't love it, I could return it "easily " with a shipping lacke the company would provide.

When I reached out to customer service to request a refund per this policy, however, I was instead told nothing could be done because they deemed the item "wasn't defective" and that the necklace likely "twisted" during shipment. Their website has also been updated to basically say they'll "review your case" but make no promises of return process.

Zero stars. Absolutely would not recommend. What a waste for something that was supposed to celebrate overcoming adversity.

Received my earrings and one was broken. Company replaced them quickly. Quality seems really good. I'm hoping they last a long while.

I bought my Hecate chain more than a month ago and there is still zero tarnish and it’s still super shiny. The chain is a bit thicker than I would’ve liked but it makes it stronger I guess.
Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is that however it’s soldered, the pendant always flips and shows the smooth side, not the goddess side, no matter which way I put it on. I think the weight of the pendants is off, but maybe this is just the one I received.
I’m any case, it came in a gorgeous box with a nice little velvet bag inside.
Worth the price.
