My Artemis necklace hasn't left my neck since the day it arrived. Weeks later, it still feels as beautiful and meaningful as the first day I put it on. At this point, she's no longer just a necklace—she's part of me. Apollonia creates pieces that feel deeply personal, and the craftsmanship is just as incredible as the meaning behind them. I couldn't recommend her more.

Ordered a necklace assuming this was a small batch manufactured in Europe.

It was delivered straight from a factory in China.

The goddess details on the necklace are substantially different as advertised lacking any kind of definition, it’s basically just a big blob.

Total scam, avoid at all cost.

The overall customer service and delivery experience is 5 stars. The website is very easy to navigate, entering delivery details painless and the speed of delivery is relatively quick considering I reside in a rural town.
The packaging was lovely, very well presented and protected from any mishandling by delivery carriers.
The product looks as advertised, easy to put on and adjust to your preferred length. However, if you do have a really thick neck, this may not be the product for you unless you have an extender as the sizing options are limited.
Besides that, I have worn this consistently for more than 2 weeks and have not removed the necklace at all since I've put it on. I've worn it through gym, swimming, sleeping, showering and heavy lifting moving houses. It still is as shiny as I first got it.
I receive nothing but compliments, it provides that pop of accessory without being too much or too delicate that you would be afraid it would break. Additionally, I made my purchase whilst they were having a sale and I felt that - for me - the sale price was reasonable for the product.
This would make a lovely gift for someone in your life that needs a no-fuss jewellery option and as someone who travels a lot, a much safer option than wearing my more expensive pieces.

I was hesitant to purchase due to the reviews here but I felt the need to share my experience for others. I went ahead and bought the necklace anyways and originally I had some issue with the shipping. The customer support team were very responsive and did everything in their power to solve the situation. Eventually they chose to send me a new package at no cost as it seems the original shipping company would not budge. I have received that new necklace and it is stunning. No plastic wrap around the necklace like I've read before, it came in a beautiful box and velvet pouch. I am so happy I decided to give it a try because it was such a great experience for me even with the bumps.

The facade is a scam.

The customer support has no intent in actually honor their return policy and will dismiss everything you say in order to force you to take the 20% refund - so they cannot cover any further refund. The jewelry is not as advertised. The quality is mediocre and all the claims are incredibly deceitful to the client. The truth about the product is not served upfront, and according to the company`s replies, one must do all the research on the mighty fine prints of their website to figure out the hype is not real - to which the price still is hefty. I will not fall into the pressure selling tactics about their low stock claims when the product is massively crafted in China or the limited % off for a season - and onto the next. Pressure selling is illegal.

Absolute scam. So many deceitful smoke and mirrors around the quality of their products. Then they defend themselves by saying "read the listing". Horrible customer service. Only offering a 20% refund - instead of obeying to their return policy, which they shove down your throat. Absolute scam. Do no recommend. Worst quality on top of this and the time wasted trying to get this solved. You are buying costume jewelry at high price that is sure doesn't worth it at all.

Horrible experience from start to finish!!! So disappointed in the jewellery and beyond disappointed in the customer service. There is no customer service. I have just been ignored.
After I placed the order, I read these reviews (bad timing, I know) so I knew I should cancel. I followed their stated procedures to the letter and emailed them. There was absolutely no response and the necklace was posted anyway! I held on to hope that I would like mine as much as the positive reviews seemed to like theirs. Nope!!!!!
I was absolutely stunned when I opened it, and not in a good way! The packaging has had much more attention paid to it than the necklace. The necklace is clearly cheaply made and an ‘ugly’ gold. The image on it is a literal blob. No detail at all. I have taken a picture of what was on the website and what I received and the difference would be laughable if the necklace wasn’t so expensive!
I then contacted them to return the necklace. I was ready to state that I shouldn’t have to pay for the return as I had asked for it not to even be posted, but I have had no response from them at all! I have now sent several emails and there continues to be crickets.
Disappointed is actually an understatement. I feel scammed and I’m angry about it.

To call the pendant "engraved" is optimistic at best. This is a lumpy vaguely person-shaped blob and has no connection to the clear and detailed image advertised. Their customer service is deplorable, and processing a return is literal nightmare fuel. I've had to nag four times begging for a return address. All I want is to send this glob of gunk back. All they seem to want is to blow me off. Huge waste of money, massively disappointing product, and the customer service team is horrendous.

Wanted to love this necklace but it looks cheap in person.

I contacted customer service right away, but never heard back. Reached out three additional times for return info, never got a response. Disappointed in the necklace- more disappointed with customer service. Don't trust this company or buy their jewelery.

I love this goddess set, bought them all. One pair of my earrings came broken , I contacted customer support and they replaced without any problem. It lays just right, and it’s a bold but feminine design.

Apollonia has been my favorite pieces of jewelry I own. The quiz was amazing and insightful and I got the goddess Persephone, whose story I feel most connected with, without even realizing that she was an option! I've gotten so many compliments and the customer service was quick friendly and hassle free! Thanks for the beautiful pieces of jewelry!

Great customer service, my erring came broken ,they sent another out immediately.

I requested a refund the day I received the necklace, as it is poor quality, looks cheap and does not sit well on the neck.
They claim it is made in Italy, but it's made in China.
Despite their advertised refund policy states that you can request a refund within 30 days, I kept receiving emails offering 30% partial refund and then it became 20%.
I kept asking for the delivery address to return the item and still have not got it.
They are incredibly deceptive and I have engaged my credit card to help assist me.
Avoid.

Quick shipping. Beautiful necklace. I received my Cleopatra in a beautiful box. I ordered the Medusa because she was my second when I took the quiz. I wear both of them every day. They do not turn green in the shower.

If you’re considering ordering from Apollonia, do yourself a favour and read the one-star reviews first. I wish I had.

I attempted to cancel my order in line with Apollonia’s own cancellation policy. Instead of receiving a straightforward response, I was met with silence. Multiple emails went unanswered, yet during the dispute process I was told they had replied. I asked for proof of these supposed responses. Unsurprisingly, none was ever provided.

What should have been a simple customer service interaction became weeks of unnecessary frustration through PayPal, simply because the company wouldn’t communicate. A luxury jewellery brand should be held to a luxury standard of customer care. Unfortunately, that was nowhere to be found.

The jewellery may be beautiful, but a company’s true character is revealed when something goes wrong. That is where Apollonia failed spectacularly. No transparency, no accountability, and no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue.

The market is full of talented jewellers creating mythological-inspired pieces. The difference is that many of them also understand that customer service doesn’t end the moment payment clears.

I won’t be purchasing from Apollonia again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend risking your money with a company that treats communication as optional.

Misleading Advertising and No Customer Service

I was really disappointed with my experience. The necklace I received looked nothing like the photos on the website. It was advertised as being made in Italy and backed by a lifetime warranty, but the package was actually shipped from China and took 2 weeks to arrice.

I also tried reaching out to customer service multiple times to address my concerns, but my emails were never answered. I expected much better transparency and communication, especially given the way the product was advertised as a women empowering women brand.
