If you’re considering ordering from Apollonia, do yourself a favour and read the one-star reviews first. I wish I had.

I attempted to cancel my order in line with Apollonia’s own cancellation policy. Instead of receiving a straightforward response, I was met with silence. Multiple emails went unanswered, yet during the dispute process I was told they had replied. I asked for proof of these supposed responses. Unsurprisingly, none was ever provided.

What should have been a simple customer service interaction became weeks of unnecessary frustration through PayPal, simply because the company wouldn’t communicate. A luxury jewellery brand should be held to a luxury standard of customer care. Unfortunately, that was nowhere to be found.

The jewellery may be beautiful, but a company’s true character is revealed when something goes wrong. That is where Apollonia failed spectacularly. No transparency, no accountability, and no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue.

The market is full of talented jewellers creating mythological-inspired pieces. The difference is that many of them also understand that customer service doesn’t end the moment payment clears.

I won’t be purchasing from Apollonia again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend risking your money with a company that treats communication as optional.

Misleading Advertising and No Customer Service

I was really disappointed with my experience. The necklace I received looked nothing like the photos on the website. It was advertised as being made in Italy and backed by a lifetime warranty, but the package was actually shipped from China and took 2 weeks to arrice.

I also tried reaching out to customer service multiple times to address my concerns, but my emails were never answered. I expected much better transparency and communication, especially given the way the product was advertised as a women empowering women brand.

I got myself the Medusa necklace for Mother’s Day and loved it so much I ordered the Hecate when it came available! The packaging is gorgeous and I haven’t taken off my Hecate since I got it! I’m excited to order the matching earrings as well.

I got this as a 21st birthday gift to myself. It's beautiful and it's still going strong. Only thing is the carving likes to flip and since I have it on the smallest hook the chain is slightly twisted. But other than that, all great.

The color and the design of the goddess pendant is beautiful. However, the pendant always flips over, so most of the time, you’re just looking at the back of it (which defeats the purpose) I think it’s because of the way the chain is soldered together. Also, it was heavier than expected. I bought it while it was on sale, but I wouldn’t purchase another one full price because of the flipping pendant.

Waaay overpriced for what you receive. Better off spending $30 at Lovisa.

False return policy!! Quality is not great, design is poor in person. Customer service is lacking and refusing return even tho the website states any reason. AVOID

This company has terrible customer service and their order cancellation window is a scam in that once I requested they cancel my order due to me being highly allergic to nickel which is in their items, they shipped it right after I requested a cancellation. All the items are made and shipped from China which is not mentioned on their site in any way shape or form, so you think you are ordering something made in Italy, you are not. Also if you have a problem they will not only take a long time to respond so that you are on the hook to return the item on your dime and NEVER get a refund. This company is a SCAM. I suggest reporting them to the better business bureau.

Have been trying to contact them for a week without response. If you have an issue with your order.. well, good luck getting help!

My Medusa necklace is classy, well made and beautiful. I love it. Customer service with APOLLONIA was great, as well.

Looked cheap. I emailed multiple times for a return address and they kept offering a percentage off, which I didn't want. When they finally gave me the address I mailed it back to Italy. I still have yet to receive my refund. I did send the tracking number.

I got the Persephone necklace and love it!! It looks great and is the length I was looking for. I had no issues with shipping. In fact, the shipping was surprisingly quick and I'm in the US. I will definitely be purchasing again!!

This is a deceptive company. They offer a full refund for any reason, yet when I wanted to return the item, they told me they could only give 20% back. I gave them a screenshot of their exact return policy and they still have told me they cannot accept the item for full refund. Do not order from them.

I really love this necklace and the concept behind it. What it stands for makes me feel so good and strong. The necklace itself is lovely and comes in a beautifully packaged box. The reason for 1 star missing is that there was weird issues with the shipping and was a bit of a hassle to actually get sorted, that being said the customer service was good and has quick responses, very willing to help and keep me updated.

Great customer service, very helpful and understanding. I personally love my necklace, it fits nicely with another goddess necklace I have as a stack, it felt like I was opening a present when it arrived

My necklace arrived quickly, the packaging got me excited, then opened it and was greeted by my beautiful necklace.
The necklace quality is incredible, heavy and simply gorgeous.
The craftmanship and beauty is perfect.
The meaning behind Apollonia Jewelry resonates with me and I love it.

The product itself is beautifully. Genuinely exactly as pictured and imagined. It feels heavy for its size, not as heavy as I would have thought to be honest but the quality still feels decent for the price. The box it comes in is GORGEOUS. However, there was a mixup with my tracking and it took a while to get to Australia. Kept saying “attempted delivery” in China or “order out for delivery” in China despite living In Australia (and obviously ordering the product here). The team didn’t respond to my email for a while, but when I submitted help via the form on their website, they were quick to reply. Overall the product is nice, packaging beautiful, looks as pictured but the tracking was a nightmare. I also suspect this comes from China which ngl thought this came from Italy, at least it’s designed there.

Crap quality, cheap-feeling. Misleading advertising - items come from China. Shipping took forever. I was only offered a 30% refund when I requested to return the item since it wasn't faulty.
