Lied to by this company - reporting to trading standards
Lied to by this company. Signed up several months ago on the basis we could receive payments internationally. This was a complete lie. The monthly fees of £2 are also a lie, worldpay are charging us £20+ per month.
Spoke to customer service, no resolution. Shall be reporting to trading standards

STAY AWAY - you’ll get scammed
If I could put 0 stars I would. BUSINESSES (ESPECIALLY SMALL) DONT DO IT.
Long story short - They called me and I set up and signed into a contract that I wasn’t told was 18 months long. I then changed my mind the next day as it was all too complicated and there were so many hidden fees they didn’t say they had and it’s costing me so much more than just simply using stripe (that I swear by) and they then ignored me until AFTER MY COOLING OFF PERIOD that I didn’t know I had and now I’m signed into a contract I can’t get out of while they take money out every month if I do or don’t use it. It’s not £1 a month… don’t believe them. I get constant messages saying I owe over £80 even though I’ve been signed up for less than a month and not used the terminals at all. They have bad customer service, the complaints team don’t respond and now I’m having to take things further just to give them the terminals back as they won’t tell me where to send it. It’s not worth it. Stripe are so good and simple and from your phone! DO NOT SIGN UP.
