I had an amazing experience with EasyPay and would definitely give them 5 stars!

Missy was absolutely brilliant from the beginning. She took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me different options based on what would work best for my business and financially.

I explained that I was currently with Worldpay and had been told that, although my contract was ending in January, I would apparently need to stay with them for a further six months. Missy was extremely helpful and managed to arrange for my contract to be cancelled without any cancellation fee. She also helped me switch to a much better card machine at a significantly cheaper rate, which was fantastic for my business.

Once my new card machine arrived, Megan helped me get everything set up. She was extremely professional, patient and helpful, and made sure everything was explained properly so I knew exactly what I was doing.

Both Missy and Megan provided excellent customer service. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.
