Constantly call spam us, even though I've asked them to remove us from their call list. Call us at least 3 times a week.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM REDWOOD GROUP.

I am a small business owner who had only just taken the keys to my new premises when I received a call from a Redwood Group broker.

I genuinely believed I was speaking to someone from my existing energy supplier who was calling to deal with a change of name on the account. I was given information over the phone which, once I received the contract, I realised did not match what I believed I had agreed to.

I then discovered I had been tied into a 4-year contract with significant fees and charges.

I disputed it almost immediately. From that moment, I have been trying to get answers, contacting the broker, the supplier and making formal complaints.

What should have been one of the happiest moments of my life — opening my own business — has turned into an absolute nightmare. I have spent days worrying, emailing, making calls and trying to understand how I can get out of a contract I never knowingly agreed to on those terms.

I am a small business just starting out. I simply cannot afford to be put in this position.

Please be extremely careful if you receive a call from this company or one of its brokers. Verify everything independently and never rely only on what you are told over the phone. Read every single page before signing.

I am pursuing this matter through the formal complaint process and will take it as far as necessary.

And once this is over, I will be taking my experience public. I will not stay quiet about what happened to me.

Scamming liars with no morals. They cold called and signed my heavily pregnant wife up to a contract that she didn't agree with. They've found some way to game the system to convince energy providers and the energy ombudsman that everything was legitimate, signed and agreed by the customer. Scumbags.

They keep spam calling us. Can't get taken off their calling list. Very annoying.

Constant unsolicited spam phone messages

Sick of receiving regular automated calls and hang ups. Want our number removed from their calling list but impossible to speak to anyone

Weekly automatic spam calls to my personal number thats also on TPS, terrible company would never ever deal with them based on this

As promised another 1 star review ( should be zero) of this bunch of complete incompetents who cannot read or act upon emails. Yet another spam call from them today. Stay away from this company as in my experience companies that keep ringing and are desperate for your business will not be there when you need them.

I have repeatedly asked this company to remove me from their data base. They continue to ring me up to 3 times a week. I am becoming extremely annoyed. I have no connection with any organisation that would need their services.

We were approached with a view to moving all our card machines. The Card machines provided could not Sync with our systems, dropped out of Wifi and we have been left paying for these card machines for the last two years and had to organise new suppliers and contracts. Redwood have shown no interest in compensating us for the losses incurred. Salesman made promises that have never been lived up to. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY or you may be paying for the mistake for a long time

Harassment every week, do not submit an online form to exit their marketing calls as instead they will sell your number to numerous call centers abroad to profit that way. After submitting the form we suddenly got flooded with other call centres.

Absolutely shocking company. Avoid at all costs.

They signed me into an electricity contract only 4 days ago, and I’ve now discovered that the meter number I gave them wasn’t even for my actual shop. As soon as I realised the mistake, I contacted the main energy supplier first, and they told me I needed to speak directly with this broker company.

When I called them, they were rude, dismissive, and basically told me I could “never” cancel because I had signed the agreement — even though it has only been 4 days. They also said I would be stuck with them permanently, even if the prices increase in the future.

Completely misleading and unacceptable behaviour. No proper customer care, no willingness to help resolve an obvious mistake, and they seem more interested in trapping customers into contracts than actually helping businesses.

Would never recommend this company to anyone.

AVOID AVOID AVOID ! Con artists sign you up with no time to read the contract tell you it’s £x then charge you 5x the price they quoted then you can can’t get out of the contract. Avoid at all costs.

If there is any system that allows a zero star. They are scammers. We were locked into a 3 year contract and missold. It seems this is their modus operandi.

Continual cold calling & dropped calls to my business. Wholly unsolicited. Reported to Ofcom and Information Commissioners Office.
Having read reviews of people who have actually used this company I would AVOID at all costs

Keep spam calling my business to tell me I’m being overcharged for their services and need a new meter putting in.

Had a call from another utility company on Saturday saying exactly the same thing.

Not with them, I go through a trusted broker and have all my details up to date.

Please remove all my details from your system and do not contact me again.

I had a call from them and was wary at first, agent mentioned they were providing no obligation quotes from multiple energy suppliers and able to provide lower rates due to their partnerships.
That got me interested as I was having a very bad experience with maxen power and was paying extortionate amounts on eletric with a 12 month contract. They managed to make me switch suppliers to Yu Energy 3 year contract fixed price for when my new contract goes live at much lower rates so I'm quite satisfied with that as I managing to save quite alot overall.
