The fitter left a big sticky patch which it tooks ages to remove and still left slight mark. Think its a bit expensive.

Carpet is not level got bumps in left chips around skirting board and asked for £60 when that was not the price of the fitting

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy, however we have carefully checked the images you provided and there is no visible evidence of the carpet being uneven or incorrectly fitted. We have also since spoken with you directly regarding your concerns.

During our conversation, an allegation was made that the fitter had taken a phone, which was later confirmed to have been found. This has been fully resolved.oved or edges are being finished. These marks are cosmetic and do not affect the installation or finish of the carpet.
The fitting was carried out to a professional standard and completed as agreed. We always aim to take care in every property and appreciate your understanding that minor cosmetic marks can sometimes be an unavoidable part of the process.

Ruined my walls fitting carpets. Otherwise company really good.

Filled my Details online, had a phone call to confirm an appointment, gentleman came with samples, told me my payments each month, booked carpet fitter, 3 lovely lads fitted the carpet in no time at all, would highly recommend, definitely use again

I am so happy with my floor it looks great ,the service was brilliant and the 2 gentlemen that layed it was nice people they done a lovely job,also cleaned up any mess which saved me a job lol.
