Even though arranging the fitting was a bit of a nightmare, the fitting was fast and well done. Carpet is good quality and a reasonable price. I found the office very helpful when I called too.

Pay Weekly Flooring is a UK-based flooring and home improvement specialist, supplying carpets, vinyl flooring, laminate flooring, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), furniture, beds, sofas and blinds with flexible payment options available. We provide a simple and transparent way for customers across England and Wales to improve their homes without large upfront costs. Our payment plans are designed to be straightforward, offering no interest and no hidden fees, with flexible weekly, fortnightly or monthly options available. Our service includes home visits where measurements are taken and flooring options are discussed, helping customers choose the right product for their space. All flooring is cut and prepared specifically to each customer’s measurements, making every order bespoke and tailored to the property. Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order is confirmed, materials are prepared to specification. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, bespoke goods are non-refundable unless proven faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We can recommend experienced, independent fitters to carry out installation. All fitters operate as self-employed contractors, and fitting services are arranged directly between the customer and the installer. While we are always happy to assist in coordinating and supporting communication, workmanship and installation remain the responsibility of the fitter. Our team is committed to providing a reliable and efficient service, from initial enquiry and quotation through to delivery and aftercare support. We aim to ensure clear communication throughout the process so customers know exactly what to expect. We welcome honest and constructive feedback and encourage reviews to reflect the correct service provided and the party responsible. Any concerns raised are taken seriously and reviewed in line with our policies and UK consumer law. This is our only official Trustpilot page.

Had carpet and vinyl fitted today

Had carpet and vinyl fitted today, whole process from start to finish has been fantastic. Carpet fitters were polite and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone . Pricing good aswell.

Lovely stone white flooring

The guy who came with the samples was friendly and informative. I chose the flooring I wanted then changed my mind, no problem, to a different colour. The guys came to fit and they were professional and I loved the flooring it made the place look so much bigger. My original fitting day was changed to a day earlier and fitted at the end of the day. After the guys fitted the flooring there were some issues with it raising in certain places. Stephen came back to fix the flooring. All good lovely flooring thank you!

Iv not had my flooring fitted yet

Iv not had my flooring fitted yet. The the Young man that came to measure my stairs and landing was very good. And the lady who was on the phone was very helpful.

Warning thieves and liars stay clear…

Warning thieves and liars stay clear taken money and not supplied goods and no help on phone my elderly mum has had to clear her room ready for installation in march and been fobbed off ever since so no has no capers in he living room and won't give a refund still waiting 20th April
