Pay Weekly Flooring Avis 

From ordering the click flooring to having it fitted today , my experience was first class. Polite, helpful, good time keeping And well presented was really good. I would have no hesitation t recommend to friends and family.

I initially wrote a positive review however since then my flooring has come apart in a lot of places I don’t believe it was laid on the correct foundation in the first place so I had someone else look at it and that’s exactly what’s happened and because the flooring company never did proper checks until now I’m at fault a customer that has no idea about flooring I was sold somthing wrong on top of that they put a hold on my account for financial reasons all of a sudden I get an abusive message threatening me for the out standing balance I had genuinely forgot about until today I’m livid shoddy and disappointed and baffled at the recent message if I was send a invoice and a reminder of the payment it would of been paid in full but this is disgraceful and I’m taking it further

Intimidated by the fitter was told to pay more than I was quoted. Company have done nothing to help me told to sort out myself

Great communication regarding the fitting. Carpet is amazing quality and fit in great time. Highly recommend this is the 3rd room i have used these guys and will go back again for the bedrooms.

Consider this your warning.
This is up there with the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had as a customer.

A lack of communication as to when the appointment will be completed
Unprofessional fitters that arrive and complain about how much work some aspects of the job would be.

Hidden policy’s on refunds so now that I’ve requested a cancellation they are claiming that 50% of what I’ve paid will not be returned to me when this policy is no where to found was not sent to me

Absolutely ridiculous

My new flooring is amazing,,the two lovely people that came was fantastic,, they emptied my living room out,, pulled the old flooring up,,laid the new flooring,, put everything back in my living room took all the rubbish away for me,,had a lovely conversation with both of the fitters,,great people and a very great job,,well done guys,,it's perfect and I will use you again.

The 2 men are absolutely brilliant and so chatty and very helpfull there great lads

Had a beautiful carpet fitted today.. absolutely recommend this company.. the man that came to measure up was so lovely.. picked a beautiful carpet.. the carpet fitter was lovely too.. they came to my home in Kettering Northamptonshire so that was great for me.. fantastic from start to finish xx IV still got 2 rooms to have done so I will definitely use these from now on.. thankyou everyone 💞💞

Steven kept me updated on when he would arrive and was on time he fitted the vinyl really quickly and professionally I’m very happy with the result and glad I chose your company and will definitely tell all my friends

Great flooring

From the measuring quoting appointment to the fitting everything went smoothly. When I couldn’t find a fitting date on the website I phoned them and they sorted a date straight away.
Fitting day- Harry was really efficient, friendly and professional. Carpet looks great.
Really good service overall.
