Shoddy service and lying agents
If I could give 0 stars I would. When we booked them, they asked for pictures and we sent them plenty and they confirmed we won’t need weed treatment. When they did the job they haven’t got rid of the weeds and now they say they we need weed treatment. Worse still, the technician broke our shed window and never told us. We’ve been chasing this for 2 days and 5 phone calls later as well there is no plan of when they will replace the window. They’ve left our shed which has valuables insecure and dangerous for our kids to play in the garden they came to fix! I will never use them again and no one else should. Shoddy company. The customer services just lie through their teeth saying so and so will call or need to speak to the technician when they’ve already admitted to having spoken to them.

Great service and result all round!
Great service and result all round. If you want a reliable bunch to do your lawn , pick these guys. Not the cheapest but still very reasonable and more importantly with great results. Antonio and his crew who came to install the lawn were all great people and very knowledgeable. And so was the sales team and office crew. Great work!

Have posted re Easigrass already. This has been going on for a year now. They are insisting there is no problem with the grass, but they sent out one of their franchisees who said the grass was faulty and Sunny Dhanoa from head office has come back and said that it is now the fault of the person who laid it. This is not an installation problem. The person who laid it was originally a franchisee and has now split from Easigrass and this is why they are laying blame at his door. I am now going to court with this and the first thing I have to do is get an independent consultants opinion on this. This will cost £1,000 plus but as I paid almost £7,000 for the grass, it will be worth it as I have absolutely no doubt the grass is faulty as did their own franchisee who still part of the company. Every time I post a review Easigrass respond in the same way. “Thank you for reaching out to us”. Absolute nonsense. Just a time wasting tactic when they already have all the details and have said it is not faulty. Please don’t think they are a worthy company when they respond in this way. There are quite a lot of negative reviews. Just wanted to keep people updated and will post more information as the case goes on. Do not think you are alone when it comes to a problem with their customer service, seems to be how they conduct their business.

Amazing process from start to end. Ben worked hard to accommodate all my requests and Myha and his team were awesome. They finished the job in one day and tidied everywhere to look like a show house garden. Lovely job. Would highly recommend

Thoroughly recommend
Everyone from the installers, sales person and customer care has been brilliant. Definitely worth investing in their service. Thoroughly recommend. Mayfair was the grass we went for and love it and also got the underlay to provide a bit of bounce. Very realistic and exceeded are expectations.

Had problems from the start no communication back to me.
Weeds coming through everywhere. Was done in 1/4 of the time they estimated so feel it was rushed.
Wouldn’t recommend to friends or family

Great quality service, highly recommend
Fantastic job from Easigrass and excellent service all round. Very friendly staff who came round to measure up and offer quotation in 24hrs! Quick responses and easy communication via whatsapp and email. Materials were delivered one afternoon and the front garden areas were completed the following afternoon! Finished product looks great and very happy with the full service, would highly recommend.

The best artificial grass on the market..period!
Not one for reviews, however I must say that Easigrass quality and workmanship is second to none. I have seen a few other installs including DIY and they do not even come close.
Easigrass joints are invisible and the whole job took under 3 hours.

Full approval received from the dog of his new grass
Couldn’t be happier with the service received from Easigrass. They installed the new grass while we were on holiday (surprise for my husbands birthday) and did an excellent job. Timely, tidy and professional. The family dog has given his full approval and loves the new grass too.
