I paid the price for poor service
Delivery driver got it wrong and I paid the price... An extra £45 to be exact.
He called, poor communication, language barrier, didn't tell the yard owners he had arrived, left without telling anyone.
I was charged for redelivery and had to arrange everything that followed.
Astro turf quality as expected but experience, empathy and customer service - poor.
Disappointing.

Chris was also very friendly helpful and informative dealing with our delivery ,we rang and asked if our delivery could be brought forward a couple of days and it was agreed ,

Hands Down - The Best Grass in Town
I have ordered from Grass Warehouse a couple of times now and I have nothing but good things to say. The quality is great, the delivery is fast, the customer service is FANTASTIC! We had to order so last minute for a quick turn around, and they went above and beyond to deliver it on time - no other supplier would have been able to do that. Every time I called it was not only helpful, but an absolute delight. Vicky and Chris are amazing! Thank you so much Grass Warehouse, we will be back!
