Disappointed but kept it in the end.
Just got my delivery and after opening it looked terrible.. looks like someone has been ripping the back with a Stanley knife and battered the back.. definitely not what you expect from a new £300 piece of fake grass.. I emailed them and they said it’s ok.. well they never appreciated that I paid for a new piece not a battered piece so I’ll have to send it back and get a refund , as it would be hard to roll up and send back. They offered £30 off to keep it so I decided to keep it as it would be hard to roll it back up to send back.

The delivery of the grass was quick and left in my driveway. We had our original grass from you 6 years ago, we went for a very short grass because we have a dog but this time have gone for a longer grass and it looks really good. Would recommend you to family and friends.

If you had ordered the full grass roll from us, we are confident you would not have been disappointed. All of our grasses are high-quality and carefully inspected before dispatch.
