Ordered the series 1 anthracite slatted cladding. Really nice classy looking product. Excellent delivery and communication. Would use again.

I ordered a roll of underlay via Amazon which arrived in good time. The underlay was cut to size and stuck down by others. On walking on the underlay we noticed lumps and shockingly hard sharp pieces of plastic. We raised this with Amazon who contacted Tuda Grass. We were told to return the roll of underlay and Tuda Grass would determine if they agree that it's faulty. If they don't agree they would deduct some of the refund and return costs. As the underlay was removed it was damaged and as stated cut to size. Neither Tuda Grass or Amazon would guarantee a full refund so in the end we took it to the tip. Amazon offered us a £30 credit to our account.

I had no problem at all ordering online. A big selling point for me was free delivery; other companies wanted over £100. The order came on time and when I discovered some clips were missing they were immediately couriered to me. The composite decking is of good quality, easy to cut and simple to lay and secure.

Ordered samples to my address which were delivered picked my grass and then ordered the real amount to then be phoned by the company saying they don’t deliver to Scottish highlands so they were cancelling my order and there website states they deliver to the Scottish highlands fake advertising stay clear

45 lengths of blackcomposite decking ordered. Delivery was arranged and although there was a delay communication was regular and when a time slot was given at 7-8:30 on a Saturday morning- that's exactly when it arrived. Delivery driver Alex was very cool and made the off loading a nice experience. Quality of the boards match that in a local store costing almost £12 a length more! I also ordered the screws and spacer clips which made laying the boards effortless. Boards also cut really easy with a skill saw or pull down saw no special blade was used.

I will be more than happy to use this company and the decking again. Durability wise I can't comment but the product has a guarantee so....

I have ordered twice from Tuda and each experience has been very positive and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of ordering from them. I had to call to ask a question on each order and the assistants were both polite and helpful. Just one thing to note when ordering artificial grass from them is that your basket looks like it’s got lots in it rather than just the one item but this is normal and due to their systems for artificial grass orders. Their service, delivery, customer service and products are five stars :)

I am currently renovating my garden arbour, and the slats on its roof had become dry and brittle. I looked at various options, from ridiculously expensive composite tiles, to felt and corrugated options. Tuda grass was the perfect compromise. They were willing to supply me with a small quantity of boards, and deliver them to my address in Scotland for a very reasonable price. The delivery guy was cheery and good natured - albeit he can’t pronounce “Auchterarder” (LOL!)
I was absolutely delighted with the product! The boards look fabulous on my arbour roof, and although it’s not finished yet; I know the completed job will be beautiful. My only grumble is that the ridge board is completely inflexible, so does not work on the apex of my garden arbour; but I’m pretty sure that repairing garden furniture is not the main purpose for these boards, so I shouldn’t complain. I have an alternative ridge piece on order, so I’ll get the job finished soon. Thank you so much, Tuda Grass for allowing me to upgrade my garden arbour with style.

We love our new panels which look great. Ordering was easy the items were delivery timely and were well packaged. Our second order went astray due to me putting an old address on it. After enquiring on a Sunday afternoon Nicola responded very quickly and arranged for a replacement order to be sent out on the following day. I received the items on Tuesday.
