They are definitely scam, I paid them 365,94£ and they response a few times for my order and I can’t contact with them any more. I have proofs and I try to get my money with my bank. It’s a big scam
Good product even if it does come at a high cost
Excellent communication, and fast delivery.
Unfortunately the doormat, although very good quality and attractive colour, moves on our carpet.
Quality could have been better. Had it a week and some bits of it are already show signs of falling apart.

nothing wrong with the product or the service the mat was not as described and moves on carpets so it was expensive

Our experience with First Mats (Order #53823) was the complete opposite of their 4.8-star rating, which we now find highly questionable. For a business that claims to be a 'specialist,' their lack of technical accuracy and poor after-sales care caused significant delays to our new shop launch.
Dimensional Failure: Despite multiple consultations to ensure a correct fit, the mats arrived 3cm short on both length and width. This wasn't just a minor error; it made the mats completely unfit for the intended floor space.
The 'Expanding' Mat Myth: We confirmed a 0.9mm thickness and had builders level our floors to this exact specification. The mats arrived at only 0.5mm. When challenged, the team claimed the mats would 'open up' to the correct thickness once unwrapped. This was a blatant misstatement—mats do not double in thickness over time.
Hostile After-Sales: The support was dismissive and unhelpful. To receive a refund for their manufacturing errors, they forced us to physically cut the mats in half and send photo evidence of the destruction. It is a wasteful, unprofessional policy that showed zero respect for our time.
If you are a business owner requiring technical precision and professional accountability, do not be misled by the high rating here. Our experience was one of wasted money, wasted time, and a total lack of expertise. Avoid.

The mat is fine but the delivery and the pressure to buy. Constant emails and even phone calls.
We ordered the mat on the headings that we needed for a set date which you told me it would be no problem at all, but it was 2 days late. we ordered it in plenty of time and was promised that it would be on time. It seam to me all you were interested in was selling the mat at any cost did not matter if it arrived on time.
Any other time a late delivery would not bother me but we had ordered it for a specific reason and we were totally let down.

Product is fine, delivery service was unacceptable. They said they would deliver sometime within an 8 hour window, but I was given less than an
hour’s notice, so when I was not there they refused a neighbour’s offer to take it in. I received a text saying they would deliver the next day but it was 3 days later that they tried delivering to the wrong address. Luckily I saw the driver knocking at the wrong door and managed to intercept him or he would have failed to deliver again as the occupants were not at home
