Great ordering process. Delivery was organised and communicated effectively with a very helpful delivery person. Grass was excellent quality as was the shock pad to go underneath. Fitted by ourselves and looks and feels great. 100% happy all round.

Excellent quality products, purchased Decking boards, cladding and Balustrades from Tuda, delivery was super quick, arriving 2 days after ordering, all products come with fitting kit and very good to work with, i highly recomend Tuda and will be using again in future.

I’ve used Tuda 3 times now , twice for artificial grass . Then just recently for composite balustrades. Every purchase has been excellent, good quality products and excellent customer service and communication. Fairly priced against other companies. I had a query out the balustrade which was sorted out on the phone quickly and efficiently. Everything about them is positive right down to the delivery operatives who are very helpful and friendly. Website was easy to navigate. I did have an additional inquiry about my order, I emailed and received a quick reply and it didn't slow my order down. My grass was delivered before the due date. Very fast delivery. Will definitely use again.

Appalling customer service. 7 days after I ordered, I questioned where my grass was.

On the Monday 27th July they replied that my shipment has been lost (yes difficult to believe that something so large could go missing), they offered a refund which I immediately accepted.
That same day, I rushed and inconvenienced myself to buy grass locally as work had been planned in my garden for the following morning.
On Tuesday afternoon, their shipment arrived, late…after I had bought and laid grass from somewhere else.

They’re now delaying my refund until they have received their grass back. I shouldn’t be inconvenienced for their mistake.

It's now 16 days after I gave them my money. I still haven't received my refund. I need to wait home for their delivery guy to collect.

ordered artificial grass on the 18th july,after contacting tuda to ask where it was it finally was delivered on the 27th july. the black plastic coating looked like it had been nibbled in places and when we unwrapped it the grass had 2 holes in it,luckily we managed to arrange the grass so holes werenot too obvious

I had a 42 square metre deck laid with Tuda decking the colour was Oak the fitting time was 2023.
2026 I had occasion to notice several of the boards were splitting down the middle I got in touch with installer who had ceased trading. So I got in touch with you the grass and ordered several new planks when they arrived they were a totally different colour, I got in touch with you the grass sent pictures of the old ones and the new ones they said they are the same and that fading does take place. Ok we had those installed only to found we were two punch short 10 days later we ordered two more planks there arrived totally different colour to the one we ordered ten days previous. Tudor grass inform me that batches are different and there's nothing there can do. I was 300 clips short due to the job expanding it took to the grass sixteen days to get me the correct clips after sending me three different sets of clips, burning man on the original order they sent another 500.
In the defense they did say that the warehouse staff need retraining, not my problem I am really disappointed in the longevity of these units and the massive discoveration that's taken place would I use them again definitely not do your research here little bit more money if you spending five grand on a deck little bit more to get far superior planks is my advice.

Outstanding customer service. I have used this company many times before and have always been very happy, so I would highly recommend them. Although I had an issue with this order, Stuart, the delivery driver, returned today and was extremely helpful. I then spoke with the manager, Chris, who listened to my concerns and resolved everything quickly and professionally over the phone. This is an amazing product for a very reasonable price.delivery was prompt but the second delivery was a little slow, only ordered two boards though due to being short ordered on my first one.
Will order again when I do the other side of the garden.

Ordered underlay and carpet on Ebay. Quality products and amazing service. Delivery driver rang half hour before delivery keeping me informed all the way. Deffo would not hesitate in recommending this company for your carpet needs.
