Delivery problems
Great product but you cannot expect customers to help unload heavy grass because they only send one man, I am sure your liability insurance will not cover injuries to customers whilst unloading

We’ve noticed you’ve been purchasing our Buckingham Luxury range for many years now as a landscaper—and that says a lot. Being in the trade, you’ve likely done your research, seen what the market has to offer, and probably had offers from other suppliers. Yet you continue to come back to us. That’s because our product and pricing are genuinely untouchable—and we work hard to keep it that way with both quality and value.
Regarding delivery: we typically send one experienced driver with a specialist trolley. This is done to keep both product and delivery costs as low as possible. If we were to send two people, prices would need to increase by £3–£5 per m², and the delivery fee would likely double—something we’re keen to avoid to ensure our customers get the best deal.
In your specific case, the driver unloaded the 5.5m x 4m roll himself and left it in the driveway as instructed. It seems there may have been some miscommunication between your customer and yourself about what happened on site.
We always give 1–2 days’ notice by email before delivery so customers can prepare accordingly. Our goal is always to make the process as smooth and cost-effective as possible.

Buckingham 42mm Luxury
I ordered the Buckingham 42mm Luxury artificial grass and received it recently. The company was very generous – I originally ordered 4 x 2.5m, and they kindly sent me 5 x 2.65m instead. For that, they absolutely deserve 5 stars ⭐️ – excellent customer service!
However, the product itself is disappointing. The quality of the grass does not match the photos at all. There’s nothing “Luxury” about it – it looks very fake, lies completely flat, and appears shiny when viewed from certain angles. It doesn’t resemble natural grass in any way. Because of that, I’m giving the product only 1 star ⭐️.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We welcome all feedback, though we do want to clarify a few important points that suggest the product may not have been installed correctly.
The Buckingham range has consistently received 5-star reviews from every other customer, including those using it for large-scale projects of 300–400 square meters. Your order covered a much smaller area of 10 square meters, so if issues have arisen, it’s likely due to an installation issue rather than a fault with the product itself.
You mentioned the grass arrived flat — this is completely normal. All artificial grass is tightly rolled for delivery. The first and most important step is to unroll it, allow it to settle for at least 24 hours, and then brush the fibres up using a stiff bristle brush. This lifts the pile and brings out the natural look. We also recommend applying kiln-dried sand to weigh it down and help the blades stand upright over time.
It’s worth noting that you left your review only a few hours after receiving the delivery, which shows the product wasn’t given time to settle as recommended. This suggests that the proper installation methods were not followed, which would directly affect the appearance and performance of the grass.
As for the comment about the grass looking “shiny,” this is not feedback we’ve received from any other customers and does not reflect the product’s usual quality. We’re confident that if the grass were installed correctly, you’d be seeing the same high-quality results experienced by our other clients.

The service was amazing! ordered my grass on monday, told them I needed it that week as it was my son birthday and needed done for the weekend. Offered to pay extra to make sure it would arrive on time, they didn't take the extra money and had it delivered 2days later. The product is very good quality for the price too! Would highly recommend.
