Really bad experience with this company
The product I received is not what I ordered and is not fit for its intended purpose. I was supplied with a 10m × 5m piece and a separate 2m × 5m piece. However, the two pieces have been cut in different orientations, meaning they do not join together correctly and cannot be used to create the area I ordered. This is not what was advertised or agreed at the time of purchase.
I contacted this company to explain the issue, but they have refused to take responsibility or provide a satisfactory resolution.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. As the artificial grass supplied does not match my order and cannot be used as intended. They would not take any responsibility for this once they have your money they no longer care.

We are sorry you are dissatisfied with your experience; however, we strongly reject the claims made in your review.
Your order was supplied strictly in accordance with the measurements and specifications that you confirmed via WhatsApp prior to the order being processed. We hold full written WhatsApp records showing multiple confirmations of the dimensions and configuration before supply.
At no point were we provided with any alternative requirements or advised of any specific compatibility or installation constraints beyond the information supplied by you.
Following your complaint, the matter was reviewed in full. We also have confirmation from the contractor involved that the measurements used were those supplied and confirmed during the ordering process.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described and fit for purpose. In this case, the goods supplied match the description and specifications agreed and confirmed by you prior to supply. On that basis, we do not accept that the goods were misdescribed or not fit for purpose.
We also do not accept the suggestion that we have refused to take responsibility. Your concerns were fully reviewed and addressed based on the documented WhatsApp evidence and contractor confirmation available.
We therefore consider your review to be inaccurate and misleading in key respects

Disappointed but kept it in the end.
Just got my delivery and after opening it looked terrible.. looks like someone has been ripping the back with a Stanley knife and battered the back.. definitely not what you expect from a new £300 piece of fake grass.. I emailed them and they said it’s ok.. well they never appreciated that I paid for a new piece not a battered piece so I’ll have to send it back and get a refund , as it would be hard to roll up and send back. They offered £30 off to keep it so I decided to keep it as it would be hard to roll it back up to send back.

Excellent product range. Samples were sent very quickly, ordering on line was easy and the delivery service was excellent. Product, although not yet laid, is very high quality.
Delivery driver was a really nice guy and very helpful.
