Eastessence Avis 

Bought dress, wrong size, hole in the middle of dress. Promised a refund instead they're insisting for return (cost me a lot). Told them I throw it because I can't fix it, the girl answered: well I'm pleased that you can afford to throw the dress away! Very bad customer service

From my experience EastEssence.com is amazing. Affordable, especially when you hit a sale. Plus size friendly, made to order clothes up to 7xl. Can customize length for a few more dollars. A hoodie I first ordered zipper broke after only wearing it maybe 3 times, and they sent a new hoodie that was better quality AND a $20 off coupon. I have ordered several more times and I love what I've got. Good quality and I hadn't had to return anything. I loved a certain product I had ordered, but couldn't​ find it in other colors, and their live chat agent helped me locate 2 other color schemes in minutes. My mom saw some of the stuff I got and wanted me to order​ her a few things. I'm sure I'll be getting some more items later. They are always coming out with new designs. They really have just about something for everyone, even if you're not Muslim but like dressing modestly

East Essence is a great, affordable place to meet all of your modest clothing needs. I have been shopping here for the past couple years now and have referred many acquaintances to the website as well. Thank you East Essence for meeting mine and my daughters needs!!!!!!!!

EastEssence has good quality modest clothes and very good prices. I shop from this store since last 4 years and I like their styles. the Abaya have modest cuts and are lined. I like that I can customize my length which is so convenient. The fabrics are very good my favorite is kashibo and crepe. I also lime their modest swimsuit. Overall it is my favorite store. I will keep shopping here Insha Allah

I am a new revert and was having tough time shopping modest clothes within a tight budget. My christian family stopped supporting me since the time I took Shahada. I have been relying on hand me downs from friends and sisters at the Masjid. Then someone pointed me towards eastessence.com
I placed an order online for 3 abayas but completely messed up selecting the custom lengths(totally my fault). Let me say it a great option to have when ordering Abayas but I made an error with my selection and ended up getting abayas which were about 8 inches short, which would not have conformed to my modest beliefs. I called the customer service and was told that I will be refunded for the order minus the custom fees paid. I was almost in tears as I have been barely scraping through with my day to day expenses and now had to pay again for the customization fees and the reshipping fees. I broke down explaining my situation to them while on the phone. This doll of a customer service rep Sufi refunded the entire amount of the order to my card and when I received my order today there were two extra abayas in my package with a very sweet note from them. the garments are simple beautiful.
