We waited two months for the first half of our order and four months for the remainder. One of the shirts came unraveled at the hem as soon as it was washed the first time. We received incorrectly sized belts (so large that they are unusable for years to come), and due to the wait, I had to repurchase them from another store so we would have them for our season. I was told I cannot receive a refund because the items were mandatory for our team. We also did not receive two hats from the order - or a refund for those items. We do not recommend.

Horrible doesn’t even begin to describe this company. Orders go unfulfilled for months, emails are auto responded to and not answered if they do answer it’s with ZERO information pertaining to the specifics of your order or how they plan to make it right. Their customer service line never answers and you get caught in a transfer loop because voicemail is full. We have a large baseball community and I will be making absolutely sure we don’t ever use this company again.

My daughter had the opportunity to participate in the first Capelli Nations Cup 5v5 tournament and I cannot say enough about what a great experience it was. The tournament was well organized and the energy was electric. Loved the DJ and the merch! Well done Capelli!

They are an on-line store only - customer service from Capelli is an oxymoron.
There are way too many far better alternatives

I ordered 2 pairs of Medium socks. At some point in the cart the size changed back to the default size of XS. I realized this once I got the confirmation email, meaning the socks hadn't been packaged or delivered. I was told nothing could be done, that I would need to re-order and return the others, and that I would be responsible for all shipping. This would lead to $20 in socks with $30 in shipping. Just feel like this could've been handled differently.

You sent the wrong order, you have no proper plan for returning it, and we have to pay a lot of money for shipping. I'm really sorry for you.

Easy ordering and swift delivery. Would have been 5 stars but sent two wrong items. The return procedure could be better and not rely on organizing our own return shipping for their mistake.

This company is so terrible even Google blocked customers from leaving reviews because they detected “spam” because of so many negative reviews in a short period of time. I couldn’t leave a Google review because of this. Our club organization chose to order from Capelli in December for a February delivery. It is the end of March and our entire organization still does not have half of the order for every player. There was a mistake in my order for two pair of pants for $100+, I reordered in February and the expected ship date is for the end of April. There is no number to call for customer service, only a bot who responded with the same message saying to expect orders to take 5 weeks to ship. I’ve never experienced such terrible service after spending tens of thousands of dollars through a large club organization. Mistakes are acceptable, simply not communicating and delivering products in a timely manner is not.

Had to pay shipping twice as the sight would not allow me to put both items in the cart. Made several attempts. Would have gone to another company but my Godson requested items from your company for his birthday. Did not want to disappoint.
