Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with. My order has been in limbo for 14 days. I asked about the status and have been given a series of automated responses. One email says it's "in transit to UPS" another says it's "awaiting pickup by UPS". It's been in that status for over 10 days. Then they said delivery by the 18th, on the 20th they were back to automated responses and said expected pickup by the end of this week. The rest of the team ordered after us and have already gotten theirs. This is over $300.00 worth of merchandise. I'm fed up.

I received my order within 3 days, I will be ordering more soon.

I love that the Cabo Verde merch was available so quickly. I liked the team t-shirt the guys were wearing around around the games. They were selling out fast and your customer service helped me out. The t-shirt and hoodie shipped and arrived quickly and are great quality.

Lovely, thank you. The shirts are nice quality with all either cotton or high cotton blends. The designs are simple but classy.

Terrible customer support- can't get a phone number or s real person, just a bunch of AI responses. Still haven't recieved our make up order after the first order was list. My kid's tournament is coming up next weekend and no uniform... We ordered 3 months ago...

You sent the wrong size Cabo Verde hoodie. I ordered a men’s Large.
I received a men’s Medium.
I could not figure out how to get ahold of anyone to correct the order. Why does your website not offer a more user friendly interface? How do I get my mens Large Cabo Verde dark blue “Connected “ hoodie????

had a very disappointing experience with this company. They sent me a link to order uniforms, but it directed me to the wrong items. As soon as I realized the mistake, I contacted customer service and asked them to cancel the order before it was even fulfilled or shipped. Despite my prompt request, they refused to cancel it.

This situation could have been easily resolved with better customer service. Instead, I was left paying for an order that resulted from incorrect information provided by the company. I expected much better communication and a willingness to correct their mistake. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

The Sales Clearance, free shipping was a positive. They need to have more solid white products without adding bright colors. For example, the white sleeve socks have a bright green logo. Make this more neutral like a gray so it matches other teams colors.
