Friendly, professional and helpful

I have been experiencing problems with my mobility scooter. I rang East Midlands Mobility and they arranged to send someone to look at it the next morning. Guy arrived and was friendly and helpful and checked everything out. It’s so good to find a company who sell mobility aids and actually understand what they are talking about. I would definitely use them if looking for a new wheelchair or scooter

East Midlands Mobility are AMAZING!

Cassie, Guy and all the other supporting staff are wonderful humans, from my understanding they set up this business because of poor service for their family from other mobility support companies.

I had similar experiences with other mobility companies before I found East Midlands Mobility. I was disillusioned and stress before using them. They turned my opinion around. For over 2 years they have supported me, understood me and respected my needs.

I am completely isolated with little support and they have always understood how important my scooter is and delivered impeccable service at every time I've needed to use them.

They are polite and approachable, for me communicating via WhatsApp is easier, and they accommodate that.

The additional services are amazing. They go above and beyond for their customers. They strive to make the well being of their customers a priority. They even give my scooter a thorough clean every time it has a service. Which to me just highlights their dedication.

If you are struggling with your current mobility support or if you are beginning your mobility journey, I would completely recommend East Midlands Mobility, for me they have been literal life savers.

Reliable people to repair your mobility scooter

For a year I was struggling to get my mobility scooter looked after, now I have this company that looks after my scooter. They service and repair and also sell branded mobility scooters. It’s a family run business and everyone is helpful and polite people I had my scooter bracket broken and I called them and the gentleman took the mobility scooter and in two days repaired and returned it to me. (They did all the paperwork with the insurance company) I did not have to do anything.
I am happy that I have this place in Leicester. Hats off! Keep up the good work and thank you
