Provides no assistance thru the process

My claim still isn't resolved and now I'm on my way to court to resolve the debt

They have responded quicker to my review than to my claim... the last contact I had with them was my claim# in Sept 2024

Now, they are asking me to reply and edit my review

5/21/25: please send copy of check swnt to Educational Finance to the email on file. Would love to take it into the court.

After review, the GAP claim was received on 9/13/2024, the last documents to complete the claim were received on 11/27/2024, and the claim was paid on 12/2/2024. A check was mailed to Educational System FCU in the amount of $8,391.99.

The copy of the check has been sent. Please confirm receipt.

This company is an absolute rip-off.
When we filed our claim, it took them 2 weeks to settle it and they were giving different stories to us and the dealer that was taking care of the vehicle. Then when the approval did come through, we found out that they weren't going to cover almost a $1000 worth of it. Part of it being the diagnosis. We paid a lot of money for a bumper to bumper coverage plan and they did not hold up their end of the deal.We are extremely disappointed with this company! Right now, I'm in the process with the dealership to cancel my policy! Absolutely, horrible customer service.

I pay so much money to have this…

I pay so much money to have this warranty yet my claim was denied over and over. My parts werent covered because of a technicality which is ridiculous. So what's the point of even paying for the warranty. Out 3800 ontop of what I pay yall.

We had nissan pathfinder with 75k miles…

Last 6 digits are - 624643. We had nissan pathfinder with 75k miles on it and when issues came and bill came for 16k , none was covered and we had taken max possible coverage. All money was paid in full. I would not take easy care for any car going forward nor will I recommend in Reddit. Our Other car has a different insurance and they have been lot better; never gave us a hard time for similar repairs.

How about responding?

The car was fixed fine however the air pressure light is on continuously as I have informed you since I bought the car! Also wrote to you before with NO response. Also I don't like coupons pressuring me to do more repairs immediately after just spending hundreds of dollars with a deadline of a couple months. Seriously. Who has that kind of money??? Give more time or don't have a deadline.

Worth it!

Never been big on warranties or extended warranties. However, I did buy a certified pre-owned vehicle and the Easycare warranty came in clutch when I had a part fail that would have cost me $2k plus between parts and labor. Highly recommend!

Purchased the warranty when I bought…

Purchased the warranty when I bought the truck best thing I ever did. It was a used truck and had a problem from the prior owner was all taken care of no charge or a little charge.
