Every person I spoke with during my experience was incredibly helpful and patient! The first person who worked with me was especially sympathetic and compassionate about the situation I found myself in, and I appreciated someone listening while I shared my plight. when you have a wreck the isn't your fault the last thing you want is to wait for responses. They never responded I had to call multiple times in order to track how much they would pay. The customer service was very short with no answer. Even when the insurance paid on the vehicle easy care mad me wait for a validated check to hit my bank even when I had a receipt from the insurance company. we had a limited time on our car rental and with me pushing the issue it was finally paid so we could get on with our life. This process with you was incredibly difficult to get processed in a timely manner.

I got screwed
I got screwed, bought with my 2017 Chevy and renewed when term ran out. I had a transmission failure at 81k miles. Replacement was unsatisfactory in my opinion. You would not cover a GM sourced transmission by supplied one from an unknown source, also took over two months to get it. Then it didn’t work well so I said to heck with it and sold the truck. Would not recommend EasyCare to anyone. Cancelled

I was able to get my oil changed and tires rotated and back on the road. The only complaint I have is that the service advisors never know if I have Easy Care or not I would like that when you are a customer checking out you shouldn't have to tell them you have Easy Care I would like for them to already know.

Easy Care Plus Gold claim denied
I have 3 cars with Easy Care Plus . For the first time I had a warranty claim denied for headlight assembly . The daytime running light went out . And the only way to fix it . Is by replacing the whole entire headlight assembly. What a disappointment with the process

I have an issue with my trunk not working and took it to get fixed at the dealership. The dealership didn’t fix it the first time and I brought it back. I was told I would have to pay my deductible again? Now the trunk is so called fixed and now it won’t go down. I can’t bring it in to get fixed cause i’ll get charged my deductible again…..

I felt I was given the run around for…
I felt I was given the run around for over a month to getting my radio fixed. It seemed myself and the shop owner spoke to about 10 different people before actually getting anything resolved. It was very stressful waiting for call backs that I never received. For all the money I spend monthly I felt I’d been best off saving the money on my own and pay out of pocket . Not happy at all.

Driver window operation repair!
Motor which operates driver's window failed. This was covered, but garage went to alternate supplier to get better price. Labor estimate was also higher than what warranty provides for such repair.
