The service advisor was exceptional. Kept us informed. Gave us options and went to great lengths to make the major service as pleasant as possible. The service advisor's professionalism is the best we've encou tired while having a vehicle worked on.

If there was a choice for 0 I would…
If there was a choice for 0 I would have chosen that. Long story short, there was an accident with the vehicle, not at fault, Insurance company paid 60k, I had Easy Care as our Gap coverage. They said to keep making payments so the loan would be current and in good standing even though the truck was totaled. 3 months later after continued payments, Easy Care chose to take from the balance after the accident date, (my three extra payments) included. When, in fact, by law they have to go to balance as of date of accident. Easy Care took advantage of the situation and my money. I overpaid $5,100.00 in extra payments after the truck was totaled. Easy Care did not reimburse me. Instead they used the extra money to go in their favor. I would recommend that when purchasing a vehicle do everything you can to avoid this company as your GAP go to. As they do not follow protocol when it comes to actually needing to use GAP coverage. Buyer Beware.

Extended warranty isn’t a scam
I am not or should I say I WAS not a big believer in extended warranties. But when I purchased my 2016 Camaro I decided to go ahead and get the extended warranty. And let me tell you, it was a game changer. They have covered a transmission and a/c system amongst other stuff on my car. Without it I would be not able to afford the repairs. It’s been easy to find a company who works with them, and the response time is fast. It has been a great experience all together.

Glad I bought the Easy Care service contract
The dealership made it very easy to use the Easy Care product. They handled the claims and reimbursement so all I paid was my deductible. I have used the Easy Care contract to replace my transmission, oil filter housing and front drive axle, so it was well worth the money!

Antwan Batise (sp?) was exceptional. Professional, but friendly, provided answers to every question. He made the process efficient but also with great detail so I could make an informed decision. He was also very patient with my extraordinary schedule. I wish I could work with Antwans everywhere.

I have been with easy care for 5+ years. Their customer service, care and coverage are exemplary! The best decision I could have ever made when it comes to my car care. I wished I had known about them years ago when I got rid of my favorite car because I couldn't afford the repairs.
All of my friends and family are jealous, lol.
They will have a customer for life!

I was highly upset at the amount of reoccurring times that I had to return to the dealer for the same things, and new claims being opened each time. I had to bring my vehicle back within a week each time. I’m just really upset because now my warranty is exhausted. It’s not fair.
