I had to pay for a new valve cover even…

I had to pay for a new valve cover even though it was covered in the warranty. My service Tech reported that bmw requirement is that the cover be replaced if the seal is leaking. Your warranty rep refused to pay for manufacturers required fixes. I in turn had to pay for the replacement cover to ensure the repair was warrantied by the technician.

Tire Replacement

This far easy claim has covered many of my covered issues. I have had an issue and it is a known issue according to my dealership with the tires that came on the vehicle. They are unforatnely of low quality low profile tires that tend to damage and pop easily. I wish there was a way to upgrade my tires and continue coverage on those tires. That being said they have covered many of my tires but this last time my car had to sit over the weekend a total of 4 days for an inspection to be done for a tire replacement. This again is a well known issue with these tires not sure what they needed to inspect, but it created a minor inconvenience.

Again not everthing is covered

Again not everthing is covered. You always find some loop hole to make it so we still have to pay. Why is the hoses that you have to have to put something back together not covered.

Do not use these people

You sent my refund for the gap to my bank and they refused to give it back to me. No people to talk to, only automated messages. will not use their company again.

I had the experience of bending a wheel…

I had the experience of bending a wheel due to a vicious pothole, went to claim my wheel replacement at the dealership as a result

They told me that easy care was fighting the claim and made me pay for my wheel to be replaced, although the deductible was only 200$, I paid for this warranty to make sure it would be taken care of if anything like this happened. No questions asked. Ended up having to pay EXTRA due to EasyCare refusing to pay for the whole wheel, luckily the dealership argued on my behalf and got the payment lowered to 200$ rather than the 500$ they wanted

You shouldn't be offering warranty coverage if you're gonna beg for more money. You already took my money once, but to take it twice is villainous.

I had the worst experience of my life…

I had the worst experience of my life with this company. I never received the help I was warranted and no follow up was given. I was basically ghosted and my claim was ignored. Save yourself the trouble and do not work with this company.

Great Warranty for higher end cars!!!

I have had a policy with EasyCare for 4+ years on my MB AMG and have always had a great experience with their claim service and they work seamlessly with my local MB dealer so everything is done with OEM parts.
