I really hope my previous rating of 1 didn't go through! It was meant for another company. I wish that EPC had made clear that floor plans were required in advance - otherwise fine!

Fire Risk Assessment
We instructed Every Property Certificate to carry out a fire risk assessment on a complex building. Quick to quote and respond to any questions I raised. The report was detailed and there was no second guessing the actions provided within the report.
