I rented a one bed flat with my partner for 2 years, it was a good 2 years. About a month before I was due to move out the managment team carries a pre check out and provided me with a list of works that I could be held responding solve for which could result in deductions from my deposit. This gave me plenty of time to have the remedial works carried out and as a result I got all my deposit back.
