Such a great meal solution. It's so easy, tasty and filling. And with 4 different flavours to try, you never run out of combinations. My go to is the Lentil Ragu over pasta. Easy, delicious and filling.

Great flavour!
Eating these pouches for years. Love the Chip Curry flavour but they’re all very tasty. Such a delicious way to eat vegetables when you’re low on time.

I have been buying FIID for a while now and I've started ordering online as they seemed to not be stocking locally anymore which is a bit of a dose as there were Some delays in online order but customer service were on it and I was offered a voucher for next order so can't ask for more than that!
I wish it was slightly more affordable but it wouldn't put me off recommending to a friend.

Fiid pouches are my favorite, with their amazing taste, and I enjoy every variety they offer. Currently, I'm following a strict low-calorie diet, and these pouches are my quick solution for a comforting meal whenever I'm pressed for time.

Taste is amazing as always, I love the quality. Had a slight delay on delivery and the team were fantastic dealing with it, responding quickly and clearly.

Delivery did not arrive
Delivery never arrive. I ordered on Sept 15th and did not receive the delivery. I have sent some emails two months later looking for a refund. It now says the order was delivered and it was not.
So disappointed, was offered 8 free bags but that was after I told them its months of waiting. They did not respond to may email initially. That's not enough good will for me.

We’re really sorry for the experience you’ve had - this absolutely isn’t the level of service we aim to deliver.
We’ve reviewed your order and can see that although the courier marked it as delivered, the parcel was never actually received and was later returned to sender. You should never have been left chasing this for so long, and we apologise sincerely for the delay in resolving it.
We’ve now processed a full refund for your order, and we’re also sending you a free box of x8 fiid as a gesture of goodwill so you can finally try the range you originally ordered.

Love Fiid pouches, flavour is fantastic and I love them all, I’m on a very low calorie diet at the moment and Fiid pouches are my go to when I’m in a hurry and need a warming lunch or dinner.
